Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

The State Department fees for bringing parents from Nigeria, why Form I-864 itself is free, and the 2026 income line the sponsor has to clear.
Bringing a parent from Nigeria on an immigrant visa costs, per the State Department's fee page, $675 for the I-130 petition and $325 for the immigrant visa application, per parent, plus a $120 affidavit of support review where it applies. Form I-864 has no USCIS fee, but the sponsor must show household income of at least 125% of the HHS poverty guideline: $34,150 for a household of three in the 48 contiguous states under the 2026 figures.
Sponsoring a mother or father in Lagos, Enugu or Kano who will interview at a US embassy or consulate in Nigeria is a consular case. The costs come in separate pieces, paid to different bodies at different stages, which is why families are often surprised by the total. The State Department's Fees for Visa Services page, checked in October 2026, lists the government fees below.
| Item | Fee | Who collects it, per the page |
|---|---|---|
| Form I-130 petition (one per parent) | $675 | Collected for USCIS |
| Immigrant visa application, immediate relative or family case | $325 per person | Department of State, non-refundable |
| Affidavit of Support review | $120 | Department of State, only where the review is done domestically |
| Form I-864 itself | No USCIS fee | USCIS form page |
Those are government fees only. On top come costs the fee page does not set: the medical examination by an embassy-approved panel physician in Nigeria, a valid Nigerian passport for each parent, police and civil documents, courier and translation where needed, flights, and any further USCIS charge after the visa is issued. Check each with the provider and the USCIS fee calculator before you budget. USCIS publishes the I-130 fee on its own pages too; if what you see there differs from the State Department figure, follow USCIS for anything paid to USCIS.
The affidavit of support is a promise to the US government that the immigrant will not rely on certain public benefits, and the sponsor shows the income to back it. The income line is 125% of the federal poverty guideline for the sponsor's household size. HHS published the 2026 guidelines in the Federal Register on 15 January 2026. Multiplying the 48-state figures by 125% gives:
| Household size | 2026 poverty guideline (48 states and DC) | 125% line |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | $21,640 | $27,050 |
| 3 | $27,320 | $34,150 |
| 4 | $33,000 | $41,250 |
| 5 | $38,680 | $48,350 |
| 6 | $44,360 | $55,450 |
| Each extra person | $5,680 | $7,100 |
Alaska and Hawaii have higher guidelines. USCIS turns the HHS numbers into Form I-864P, the worksheet that states the minimum income; use the version current on the day you sign, because the figures change each year and the 125% line above is our arithmetic on the HHS table.
The parents you are sponsoring count towards household size, so sponsoring both parents adds two people. Your spouse and dependants count too, and the I-864 instructions list other people who must be included. Get the number right before comparing your income with the table.
Example only. Chidi is a US citizen in Houston, married with one child, sponsoring both his parents in Owerri. His household for the I-864 is five: himself, his wife, their child and the two parents. His line is $48,350 under the 2026 figures.
Without his wife's income, the gap would have to be closed by a joint sponsor or by assets. USCIS says assets must be documented with their location, ownership, date of acquisition, value and any liens; the I-864 instructions explain how much of an asset counts against a shortfall.
Money your parents hold in Nigeria does not reduce your duty as sponsor, but the instructions explain when the immigrant's own assets can be considered. If your parents have savings at home, keep statements ready; a verifiable statement can help where a reviewer wants to see that a document has not been altered.
Our guide to the I-864 income requirement for family from Nigeria goes deeper on the income evidence, and bringing parents to visit covers the visitor route if a green card is not the aim yet. This is information, not immigration advice.
Pryme does not handle immigration fees. Where it helps is the money around the case: holding dollars and naira in one multicurrency account, sending naira to a parent for passport, medical and document costs in Nigeria with Send, and converting only when you choose. The app shows the rate and the fee before you approve.
The State Department fee page lists $675 for the I-130, collected for USCIS, plus $325 per person for the immigrant visa application. For two parents that is $2,000 in those two fees alone, before medicals, passports and travel.
USCIS charges no fee for Form I-864. The State Department lists a $120 affidavit of support review fee, which applies only where the review is done domestically.
At least 125% of the HHS poverty guideline for your household size, including the parents you sponsor. For a household of four in the 48 states, the 2026 line works out at $41,250. Check the current Form I-864P.
Yes, if she lives with you and signs Form I-864A as a household member. If you still fall short, a joint sponsor or documented assets can close the gap.
