Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Options for ₦1 million by when you need it: savings, money market funds, treasury bills and FGN Savings Bonds, with October 2026 rates and costs.
Where you put ₦1 million depends on when you need it. Money needed within months belongs in an insured savings account or a money market fund; one-year money suits treasury bills (the 364-day bill cleared at 15.85% on 7 October 2026); two- to three-year money suits FGN Savings Bonds, which paid 13.071% and 14.071% in the October 2026 offer. Only money you will not touch for five years should go into shares.
₦1 million can be rent in six months, an emergency fund, or the start of a long-term investment. The right place for it depends on the date, not on which product pays most. The table below matches options to horizons.
| Horizon | Options | Key points |
|---|---|---|
| Any time (emergency money) | Savings account, flexible savings plan | Reachable at once; insured up to NDIC limits at banks |
| 3 to 12 months | Money market fund, locked savings plan, fixed deposit | Check holding period and early-exit charges |
| About 1 year | 364-day treasury bill | Federal Government obligation; rate set at auction |
| 2 to 3 years | FGN Savings Bond | Quarterly interest; ₦5,000 minimum; tradable on NGX |
| 5 years and more | Equity funds, shares via SEC-registered operators | Value can fall sharply in the short term |
Best for emergency money. Since May 2024 the NDIC has insured deposits up to ₦5 million per depositor at commercial banks and ₦2 million at microfinance banks, as reported by Arise News, so ₦1 million is within cover at either. Interest is usually low.
These pool money into treasury bills, commercial paper and bank deposits. They are not deposits and are not covered by the NDIC; returns move with rates. Read the fund's terms. ARM's Money Market Fund factsheet (September 2025) lists a ₦1,000 minimum, a 1.5% management fee and a 90-day minimum holding period. Stanbic IBTC's Money Market Fund page lists a ₦5,000 minimum, a 1.5% annual management fee and a penalty of 20% of accrued income on money redeemed within 30 days.
Short-term Federal Government debt sold at CBN auctions. At the 7 October 2026 auction the 364-day bill cleared at 15.85% and the 91-day at 15.50%, according to Nairametrics. Most individuals buy through a bank, stockbroker or investment app, which may set its own minimum and charges. Rates change at every auction. As a simplified example, a 15.85% rate on ₦1 million for a year is about ₦158,500 before charges and tax; the exact figure depends on whether the rate is quoted as a discount or a yield, so ask the dealer for the amount you will receive at maturity.
Retail bonds from the Debt Management Office, offered regularly. In the October 2026 offer, the two-year bond paid 13.071% and the three-year 14.071%, with interest every quarter; units cost ₦1,000, the minimum was ₦5,000 and the maximum ₦50 million, and you buy through DMO-appointed stockbrokers. Example: ₦1 million in the two-year bond at 13.071% pays ₦130,710 a year, or ₦32,677.50 a quarter.
Over five years or more, shares can grow faster than inflation, but they can also lose a large part of their value for long periods. Use only operators on the SEC's register, and never money you may need soon.
Example only, for someone with no emergency fund yet and a goal in two years.
| Where | Amount | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Savings account | ₦300,000 | Emergency fund starter, reachable at once |
| Money market fund | ₦400,000 | Building the emergency fund towards three months' costs |
| Two-year FGN Savings Bond | ₦300,000 | Two-year goal, quarterly interest |
| Total | ₦1,000,000 |
Someone with a full emergency fund and a ten-year horizon would weight it very differently.
Even within one horizon, using more than one provider reduces the damage if one has problems. Any platform can delay withdrawals during a technical fault or a period of financial difficulty. Splitting ₦1 million across, for example, a bank account and a fund from a different manager means one delay does not freeze all your money. Keep a written list of every account and its customer service contact.
Within a Pryme account, Savings Boxes cover the shorter horizons: a Flexible Box for emergency money and a Fixed Box locked to a date. The Investment Box funds Solid Allianze MFB's lending, including Loans on Spaces, with a return that depends on that lending and money held to maturity. Rates are shown in the app before you commit. For larger sums, see where to put ₦5 million.
It depends on your horizon: savings or a money market fund for short-term money, treasury bills for about a year, FGN Savings Bonds for two to three years, and shares only for five years or more.
As a simplified example, at the 15.85% rate from the 7 October 2026 auction, about ₦158,500 over a year before charges. Ask the dealer for the exact maturity amount.
It is backed by the full faith and credit of the Federal Government, according to the DMO's offer as reported by Nairametrics. Interest is paid quarterly.
Yes, within limits: the NDIC covers up to ₦5 million per depositor at commercial banks and ₦2 million at microfinance banks.

₦10 million is twice the NDIC cover at one commercial bank. Options by horizon, how fees scale at this size, and the checks to run before you commit.
With ₦100,000, the right home depends on when you need it back. Options by time horizon, the minimums that apply and the costs that bite on small sums.
₦5 million sits right at the NDIC cover limit for a commercial bank. How to spread it by horizon, and which limits and withdrawal caps start to matter.
