What AI agents can do in bookkeeping, close, collections and compliance today, where a person must stay in charge, and how to judge a product.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

The only Nigeria-only ETF in the US closed in 2024. What remains for an investor in Italy: Africa funds, NGX-listed ETFs and the KID rule.
We could not identify a Europe-listed ETF that tracks Nigeria alone as at October 2026, and the best-known Nigeria-only ETF, Global X MSCI Nigeria (NGE) in the US, stopped trading on 25 March 2024 and was liquidated. Broad Africa funds hold some Nigerian shares, for example VanEck's US-listed AFK had 12.06% in Nigeria at 30 September 2026, but US-listed funds are often not sold to EU retail investors because they lack an EU key information document. The other route is the 12 ETFs listed on the NGX in Lagos, bought through a Nigerian stockbroker.
Investors in Italy who want exposure to Nigerian companies usually look for an ETF first: one trade, a known exchange, a fund in euros or dollars. For Nigeria, the shelf is close to empty.
Global X MSCI Nigeria ETF, ticker NGE on NYSE Arca, was for years the main fund tracking Nigerian shares alone. Its board approved liquidation in June 2023; the fund stopped trading on 25 March 2024 and distributed cash on or about 29 March 2024, according to its SEC filing. Anyone still searching for "NGE" today is looking at a fund that no longer exists.
Regional funds still hold Nigerian companies, but as one country among several. VanEck's Africa Index ETF (AFK), listed in the US, tracks the MVIS GDP Africa Index. Its page in October 2026 showed:
So €1,000 in AFK would carry roughly €120 of Nigerian exposure at those weights (12.06% of €1,000 is €120.60). That is diversification, not a Nigeria bet.
EU rules on packaged retail investment products (PRIIPs) require a key information document (KID) in an EU language before such a product is sold to a retail investor. Many US-listed ETFs do not publish one, so Italian banks and brokers commonly block retail clients from buying them. Ask your broker whether a particular fund is available to you; professional-client status, which has its own conditions, changes the position.
Before you buy any Africa fund through an Italian broker, look for a version domiciled in the EU (often labelled UCITS) and check its factsheet for the Nigeria weight; many Africa or frontier funds hold little or no Nigeria.
The NGX's daily official list for 10 July 2026 showed 12 ETFs, including:
| NGX ticker | Fund |
|---|---|
| VETGRIF30 | Vetiva Griffin 30 |
| STANBICETF30 | Stanbic fund, name as on the NGX list |
| SIAMLETF40 | SIAML Pension ETF 40 |
| LOTUSHAL15 | Lotus Halal Equity |
| VSPBONDETF | Vetiva S&P Nigeria Sovereign Bond |
| GREENWETF | Greenwich Alpha |
| NEWGOLD, VETBANK, VETGOODS, VETINDETF, MERGROWTH, MERVALUE | Other listed ETFs; check each fund's own factsheet for what it tracks |
These trade in naira on the NGX, so you need a Nigerian stockbroker and a CSCS account. Our guides to buying NGX shares from Italy and opening a CSCS account from Italy cover the steps. The PRIIPs rules govern products sold to you in the EU; whether a Nigerian broker will onboard an Italy resident is that broker's decision.
Funds or shares held through a foreign broker are foreign financial assets: quadro RW and IVAFE at 0.2% of value apply, as Money.it's 2026 guide explains, and a 2026 guide gives the example of an ETF held on an EU platform going in RW. Italian treatment of fund income and gains depends on the type of fund, so ask your commercialista before buying. This is information, not advice.
| Route | Nigeria exposure | Main hurdles |
|---|---|---|
| EU-domiciled Africa or frontier fund | Small and variable; check factsheet | Few products; Nigeria weight may be low |
| US-listed Africa fund such as AFK | About 12% at 30 Sep 2026 | Often unavailable to EU retail investors without a KID |
| NGX-listed ETF | Full Nigeria exposure | Nigerian broker, CSCS account, naira funding, naira currency risk |
| Single NGX shares | Full, concentrated | Same as above, plus picking companies yourself |
None of these is right for everyone. A small diversified Africa holding behaves very differently from a naira portfolio in Lagos, both in returns and in how much the exchange rate dominates the result. Decide first what you want: exposure to Nigerian companies in hard currency, or naira assets you may one day spend at home.
Costs add up differently on each route. A fund charges its expense ratio every year; a Nigerian broker charges commission on each trade; and every euro-to-naira or euro-to-dollar conversion has its own fee and margin against the mid-market rate. Small monthly purchases can lose a noticeable share to fixed fees, so compare the total cost per purchase, not only the headline charge.
For the NGX route, you will fund a Nigerian broker in naira. A Pryme multicurrency account lets you hold euros and use Swap into naira when you choose, seeing the rate and fee first, then send to your broker's account.
We could not identify a Europe-listed fund tracking Nigeria alone as at October 2026; the US-listed Global X MSCI Nigeria ETF was liquidated in March 2024.
EU PRIIPs rules require a key information document for retail sales, and many US-listed ETFs do not publish one, so brokers commonly block them.
It varies. VanEck's AFK showed 12.06% Nigeria at 30 September 2026.
They trade on the NGX in naira, so you need a Nigerian stockbroker and a CSCS account.
