BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

How Abuja households can handle FCT Water Board bills, raise complaints, avoid illegal connections and budget for backup water when supply fails.
If your home is connected to the FCT Water Board, check each bill against your account details, pay only through the board's official channels, and take any complaint to the board's office with your bills and receipts. Because supply can be interrupted, most Abuja households also budget for a backup, such as an estate borehole, storage tanks or water vendors.
Water in Abuja comes from several directions at once. Many homes in the older districts, such as Garki, Wuse and Asokoro, are on the FCT Water Board's network. Estates in newer areas often rely on boreholes run by a facility manager. In satellite towns, households may buy from water vendors. Most people use more than one source over a year, and the cost of each belongs in the household budget.
The FCT Water Board has said its system was originally designed for about three million people, while Abuja's population is now around six million. Some of its infrastructure was installed close to four decades ago, spare parts for parts of the treatment plant are no longer available, pipes burst regularly, and illegal connections are a continuing problem. The Lower Usuma Dam treatment plant in Bwari is central to supply. In 2024 the board said larger pipes were being laid through districts to improve pressure.
Electricity affects water too. In January 2026, AEDC cut power to the Water Board over what was reported as more than a year of unpaid electricity bills, disrupting water services in parts of the territory. AEDC restored supply over a weekend, citing public health, and gave the board two weeks to present a payment plan. For households, the lesson is that public supply can stop for reasons outside anyone's street.
Offers to connect a house to the mains 'cheaply' without going through the board are illegal connections, which the board is working to discourage. Beyond the legal risk, they can damage pipes and contaminate supply for a whole street, and any money paid is lost if the connection is removed.
Example only. A family of five in a Garki flat on the mains might plan a monthly water budget like this:
| Item | Example monthly cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| FCT Water Board bill | ₦6,000 | Use your actual bill |
| Water vendor top-ups during outages | ₦8,000 | Higher in the dry season |
| Drinking water (sachets or bottles) | ₦10,000 | Depends on household size |
| Tank cleaning, spread over the year | ₦2,000 | A one-off cost divided by 12 |
| Total | ₦26,000 |
Households in estates with boreholes usually pay through service charge instead of a Water Board bill; see estate service charge in Abuja. If you rent, check your tenancy agreement for who maintains the tank, pump and plumbing.
Backup water is only useful if it is clean. Households that store water in overhead or ground tanks should have them cleaned periodically and covered properly, and should not mix vendor water of unknown quality into a tank used for drinking. Many families in Abuja keep drinking water separate from water for washing and cleaning for this reason. If you rent, agree with the landlord who pays for tank cleaning and repairs to pumps and pipes inside the compound, because these costs can arrive without warning in the dry season when demand is highest.
Water is easy to forget because it does not arrive as regularly as an AEDC token purchase or a data renewal. Put the expected bill and a vendor allowance in your monthly bills list, and review it at the end of each month. If you also pay bills for parents or relatives in another part of the FCT, include theirs; paying bills for family with a monthly system shows how. If an online bill payment fails but your account is debited, follow bill payment failed but you were debited.
Pryme bill payments cover airtime, data, electricity and cable TV, so you can keep AEDC tokens and other regular bills in one history. For water payments made by transfer, such as to a vendor or an estate manager, you can generate a verifiable receipt through Pryme's partnership with VerifyDoc.ai, which the recipient can check is genuine and unaltered. A Flexible Savings Box can hold a small water and repairs buffer so a pump failure does not come out of the grocery money.
Use the payment method shown on your official bill or confirmed at a Water Board office, and keep the receipt with the bill.
The FCT Water Board has said customers with complaints should visit its office. Bring your bills, receipts and a written summary of the problem.
Causes include burst pipes, ageing infrastructure, demand above the system's original design, and power interruptions at treatment and pumping sites, as happened in January 2026.
Connections must go through the FCT Water Board. Unofficial connections are illegal and the board is working to discourage them.
