Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Interest, a processing fee and possible late charges make up the cost of a ₦50,000 app loan. Work out your total from the figures the app shows.
A ₦50,000 loan app loan over 30 days costs the interest for the period plus any processing or service fee, and more if you repay late. In a labelled example at 15% for 30 days with a 2% fee, you would repay ₦58,500, a cost of ₦8,500; each app shows its own rate and fees before you accept, and those are the figures to use.
Loan apps advertise speed and convenience, and the amount you ask for is usually small enough that the cost feels minor. Over 30 days it is not minor in rate terms, and the breakdown differs from app to app. This guide gives you a template for working out the exact total on any ₦50,000 offer, with labelled examples. We do not quote any named app's rate, because those change and are shown in each app before you accept.
All figures below are labelled examples, not any app's actual pricing.
| Example | A: fee added | B: fee deducted | C: daily rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rate | 15% for 30 days | 15% for 30 days | 0.5% a day |
| Fee | 2% (₦1,000) added | 2% (₦1,000) deducted | None |
| Cash you receive | ₦50,000 | ₦49,000 | ₦50,000 |
| Repay on day 30 | ₦58,500 | ₦57,500 | ₦57,500 |
| Total cost | ₦8,500 | ₦8,500 | ₦7,500 |
| Cost as % of cash received | 17% | 17.35% | 15% |
| Simple yearly equivalent | about 207% | about 211% | 182.5% |
Examples A and B cost the same in naira, but B is dearer per naira you can use, because you receive ₦1,000 less. Example C shows that 0.5% a day is the same 15% over 30 days; see daily interest on loan apps for that arithmetic.
Divide the cost by the cash received, then multiply by 365 ÷ 30. For Example A: ₦8,500 ÷ ₦50,000 = 17%; 17% × 365 ÷ 30 = about 206.8%. The yearly figure is not what you pay on a 30-day loan, but it lets you compare the app with a bank overdraft or a card, which quote per year.
Labelled example. If Example A carries a late charge of ₦500 a day and you repay five days late, you pay ₦2,500 more, taking the total cost to ₦11,000, which is 22% of what you borrowed. Some apps instead offer a rollover: you pay the interest and fee to push the due date back another 30 days. In Example A that means paying ₦8,500 now and still owing ₦58,500 in 30 days, so two months of the loan cost ₦17,000. Read what a loan app rollover costs before agreeing to one.
Measure it against what the money is for. ₦8,500 to avoid a ₦20,000 penalty on a school-fee deadline may be worth paying. ₦8,500 to bring forward a purchase that could wait until payday is a 17% surcharge on that purchase. A useful habit is to write the cost next to the reason for borrowing before you tap accept; if the reason does not justify the naira figure, do not borrow. If you borrow regularly for the same gap each month, the cost repeats: twelve such loans in a year at Example A's pricing would cost ₦102,000.
The FCCPC's Digital, Electronic, Online, or Non-Traditional Consumer Lending Regulations, 2025 (made 21 July 2025) require digital lenders to disclose interest rates, repayment terms and fees fully before any transaction is completed, and to display up-to-date rates and charges on their platforms. Penalties for late or non-payment must be itemised. The regulations also prohibit automatic or pre-authorised lending and require lenders to assess whether you can repay. They set no maximum rate. Their enforcement has been interrupted by litigation, so check the FCCPC's current position. This is information, not legal advice.
Before accepting, confirm the app is on the FCCPC's approved digital lenders register. Our guide how to check a loan app is registered with the FCCPC explains how.
If what you need to buy is from a merchant in Spaces, Loans on Spaces from Solid Allianze MFB may offer a limit based on how your account is run; the agreement shows the amount, cost and repayment date in full before anything is drawn, and the money can only be spent with Spaces merchants. Pryme does not offer cash loans.
It depends on the app's rate and fees. In a labelled example at 15% for 30 days plus a 2% fee, you would repay ₦58,500. The app shows its own figure before you accept.
No. You receive less money but the cost is the same in naira, so the cost per naira you can use is higher.
At 15% for the month it is ₦7,500; at 10% it is ₦5,000. Use the rate your app actually shows, and add fees.
Late charges, penalty interest or a rollover may apply, as set out in the app's terms. Read that line before accepting.
