What AI agents can do in bookkeeping, close, collections and compliance today, where a person must stay in charge, and how to judge a product.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Title, consent, survey and occupants: the checks a US-based buyer should finish before paying for a house in Port Harcourt, and who does them.
Before paying for a house in Port Harcourt from the US, have a lawyer you appointed search the title at the Rivers State lands registry, confirm the seller holds a Certificate of Occupancy or a clean chain of Governor's consents, and have an independent surveyor match the survey plan to the building on the ground. Under section 22 of the Land Use Act, your purchase is only perfected once the Governor consents to the transfer, so budget time and money for that step.
A finished house is a different purchase from a bare plot. As well as the title, you are buying a building that may have tenants, unpaid bills, an extension nobody approved, or a relative living in it who does not want to leave. From Houston or Atlanta you cannot knock on the door yourself, so the job is to give the right people the right checklist and to pay nothing of substance until the answers come back in writing.
All land in Rivers State is vested in the Governor under section 1 of the Land Use Act, and what a seller owns is a right of occupancy. Section 22 says the holder of a statutory right of occupancy may not transfer it "by assignment, mortgage, transfer of possession, sublease or otherwise howsoever" without the Governor's consent first being obtained, and section 26 makes a transaction contrary to the Act null and void. In practice, that means the documents you collect must show a lawful chain from the original grant to the person selling to you.
We could not find an official online land search service for Rivers State in October 2026, so expect the search to be done in person at the state lands registry by your lawyer. A 2024 practitioner guide by Trusted Advisors, published on Mondaq, describes the usual documents to check and notes that a registry search in Lagos typically takes 5 to 14 days; Rivers timings may differ, so ask your lawyer for an estimate. Ask your lawyer for a written search report that states:
| Document | Why it matters | What your lawyer compares it with |
|---|---|---|
| Certificate of Occupancy (or earlier consented deed) | Root of the seller's right | The registry search result |
| Deeds of assignment for earlier sales, with consent endorsed | Shows the chain is unbroken | Names and dates on the search |
| Survey plan | Fixes the plot boundaries | The surveyor's own reading of the beacons |
| Building plan approval | Shows the structure was approved | The house actually built |
| Receipts for property rates and utility bills | Debts can follow the property | Amounts outstanding |
| Tenancy agreements, if let | Who is lawfully in occupation | Who is actually living there |
Where the house sits on family land without a state title, the safeguards change: your lawyer has to establish who in the family may sell and get each required person to sign. The Nigeria-side detail for the three big cities is summarised in title checks in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
Have an independent surveyor, not one introduced by the seller, confirm that the survey plan coordinates match the plot and that the house sits inside them. Trusted Advisors recommends this step; a survey plan that in fact describes a neighbouring plot is one of the problems it is designed to catch. Then ask someone you trust to visit and report on:
The US Department of State's Nigeria Travel Advisory, issued 12 June 2026, places Nigeria at Level 3, Reconsider travel, and lists Rivers State among the "Do not travel" states for crime, kidnapping and unrest, with the exception of Port Harcourt. It also says the US government has limited ability to help US citizens outside Abuja and Lagos and their immediate surroundings. If the house is outside the city, or you decide not to travel, rely on a lawyer and surveyor acting on written instructions, and ask for dated photographs and a live video walk around the boundary.
The purchase is not complete when you pay. Your lawyer prepares a deed of assignment, you or your attorney sign it, and it then needs stamping, Governor's consent and registration. A 2026 legal review of the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 notes that instruments must be stamped within 30 days of execution and that unstamped instruments are not admissible in civil proceedings. Rivers sets its own consent and registration fees, so ask your lawyer for a written estimate before you commit. If you will sign through a relative, read using a power of attorney to buy land from the US.
Example only. A seller asks ₦60,000,000 for a bungalow. You pay ₦400,000 for a lawyer's search and report and ₦350,000 for a surveyor before any deposit, a total of ₦750,000, which is 1.25% of the price. The search shows a registered mortgage on the title. You ask for the bank's discharge before going further; without it, the buyer, not the seller, would be dealing with the lender later.
For staging larger sums, see paying for Nigerian land from the US.
A Pryme Personal Account holds US dollars and naira side by side, so you can move money into naira with Swap when the next stage is due; the app shows the rate and the fee before you approve. Payments made with Send can be issued as verifiable receipts through VerifyDoc.ai, which your lawyer or a court can check are genuine and unaltered.
We found no official online search service for Rivers State in October 2026. A lawyer normally searches at the state lands registry in person and gives you a written report with certified copies.
Not fully. Under section 22 of the Land Use Act a transfer of a statutory right of occupancy needs the Governor's consent, and the deed must be stamped and registered. Until then your title is incomplete.
The US State Department advisory of 12 June 2026 lists Rivers State as Do not travel except Port Harcourt, and Nigeria overall at Level 3. Read the current advisory before booking and consider a video inspection by your own lawyer or surveyor.
Ask for the tenancy agreements and confirm on site who lives there. Existing lawful tenants may stay until their tenancy ends, so agree vacant possession terms in writing before you pay.
