Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Your UAE licence lists what the company may do. How to pick activities for goods going to Nigeria, and the Nigerian rules that still apply on arrival.
A UAE trade licence is issued by one licensing authority (an emirate's economic department or a free zone) for the activities it lists, so the activities you choose decide what the company can lawfully buy, sell and invoice. For a company shipping to Nigeria, choose activities that cover every product line you will invoice, then check the goods against Nigeria's import prohibition list and Form M rules, which apply whatever your UAE licence says.
Most Nigerian founders setting up in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi to trade with home think first about price and visas. The licence activity deserves as much attention, because it is the line on the licence that banks, customs brokers and buyers' banks in Nigeria read when they decide whether your invoice makes sense. This guide explains how to think about activities, what to ask the licensing authority, and the Nigerian checks that sit on the other side of the shipment.
The UAE has no single licensing office. The government portal u.ae points business owners to separate authorities, each with its own rules and FAQs: the Ministry of Economy at federal level, the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, the Sharjah Economic Development Department, Ajman's Department of Economic Development, and the free zone authorities. u.ae describes its business section as covering "planning, starting, running and closing businesses on the mainland and in free zones".
In practice that means two things for a trader. First, the list of activities you can choose from, and how they are grouped, is set by the authority you register with, not by a national code you can carry from one zone to another. Second, if you later want to add a product line, you go back to the same authority to amend the licence. Ask for its activity list early, before you commit to a package.
Think of each activity as a permission for a type of business. A licence for trading in mobile phones and accessories is a different permission from one for foodstuff trading or for general trading. When you choose, test each activity against four questions:
Your Nigerian customer usually pays through a bank under Form M. Sterling Bank's Form M guidance explains that Form M is a declaration of intention to import physical goods, mandatory regardless of value or payment method, processed electronically through the Single Window portal. The importer's documents include a proforma invoice (valid for at most 90 days) and an electronic insurance certificate for 110% of the invoice value, plus product certificates from regulators such as SON or NAFDAC where the goods need them. Your proforma is the document that starts that chain.
A proforma from a UAE company whose licence plainly covers the goods is easier for the buyer's bank to process than one from a company licensed for an unrelated activity. A mismatch does not automatically stop a deal, but it invites questions, and questions cost time when an exchange rate is moving.
No UAE activity makes a banned product importable into Nigeria. The Nigeria Trade Information Portal publishes the Nigeria Customs Service import prohibition list with HS codes. ThisDay reported on 19 April 2026 that the Federal Ministry of Finance issued a revised list dated 1 April 2026, with 17 categories enforced by Customs, including frozen poultry, pork and beef, bagged cement, retail soaps and detergents, refined vegetable oils in small retail packs, and medicines such as paracetamol and metronidazole.
| Check | Where | Why it matters for activities |
|---|---|---|
| Is the product on Nigeria's prohibition list? | Nigeria Trade Information Portal; latest Finance Ministry list | Do not licence or market a line your buyers cannot import |
| Does it need a Nigerian product certificate? | Buyer's bank and the relevant regulator | Your invoice must match the certified product |
| Does the UAE activity cover it? | Your licensing authority | Avoids invoice and bank queries |
| Will you sell into the UAE market too? | Your licensing authority | Mainland sales from a free zone can carry extra rules |
Example only. Ada sets up a free zone company to send phones, accessories and small solar kits to dealers in Lagos and Onitsha. She asks the zone for its activity list and finds that phones and accessories sit under one electronics trading activity, while solar equipment sits under a separate one. She adds both rather than relying on a broad description. She then checks the HS codes for each item against the Nigerian prohibition list, confirms with her largest buyer that his bank will need product certificates for the solar kits, and keeps those certificates with each proforma. Her first Form M goes through without a query about the seller.
For the wider choice between a free zone and the mainland, read mainland or free zone for Nigeria trade, and for what happens once goods land, Form M for goods bought in Dubai. Nigerian buyers new to the paperwork can read Form A and Form M explained.
A Pryme Business Account can be opened from any country and holds NGN, USD, GBP and EUR with local account details for each, so a UAE trading company can receive USD from Nigerian buyers and naira from smaller customers in one place. Swap converts only when you choose, with the rate and fee shown before you approve. Outside Nigeria, Pryme's activities are carried out through regulated partners.
Ask your licensing authority what its general trading activity covers and excludes. Even where it is broad, regulated goods may still need separate approvals, and Nigeria's import prohibition list applies whatever your UAE licence says.
Yes, through the same authority that issued the licence. Ask how amendments change your fees and visa allocation before you apply.
Your proforma invoice is one of the documents the buyer's bank uses for Form M. An invoice from a company whose licence covers the goods attracts fewer questions.
