Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

What to keep, and for how long, when your business runs in Nigeria and abroad: tax, payroll and company rules on both sides, compared in one table.
Keep every receipt, invoice, bank statement, payroll record and contract for at least six years after the tax year it relates to in Nigeria, which is the minimum in section 31 of the Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025. The UK, Canada and US have similar or shorter defaults, so a single six-year rule, kept longer for anything under dispute, covers most cross-border businesses. Store records so you can produce them in English, quickly, from either country.
A business with a company abroad and operations in Nigeria answers to two sets of record-keeping rules, and sometimes three if there is a subsidiary. A Lagos supplier's receipt may support a cost in the Nigerian company's accounts and, through an intercompany charge, in the parent's accounts abroad. If either tax authority asks, you need to produce the same document. The safe approach is to keep one copy that satisfies the stricter rule.
| Where | What the official source says | Minimum period |
|---|---|---|
| Nigeria, tax | NTAA 2025 s.31: books and records sufficient to determine tax, in English, in any prescribed format | At least six years after the year of assessment |
| Nigeria, assessments | NTAA 2025 s.36: additional assessment within six years; no limit for deliberate misstatement | Six years, or longer if fraud is alleged |
| Nigeria, wages | Labour Act s.75: wage records and a record for each worker, including NSITF number | Three years |
| UK, limited companies | GOV.UK: records of money in and out, receipts, invoices and bank statements; fine up to £3,000 | Six years from the end of the last financial year they relate to |
| Canada | CRA: keep records six years from the end of the last tax year they relate to, in Canada unless CRA agrees otherwise | Six years |
| United States | IRS: three years by default; four for employment tax; six or seven in some cases; indefinitely if no return was filed | Three to seven years, or more |
The Canadian rule has a twist that catches diaspora businesses: CRA says records must be kept at your place of business or residence in Canada unless it gives written permission, and records outside Canada accessed electronically from Canada are not treated as kept in Canada. A Canadian company that stores everything on a Lagos office computer may not meet the rule.
A receipt is only useful if it identifies who was paid, for what, how much and when. The Ledger lists the fields in what a Nigerian business receipt should include. The NTA 2025 Ninth Schedule, as summarised in an April 2026 law journal article, sets stamp duty of ₦50 on receipts of ₦10,000 or more, so large paper receipts may carry a duty line.
Most records now exist only as PDFs, emails or app screens. The NTAA section 57 lets the tax authority require records held on computers, devices or cloud services. If a record ends up in a Nigerian court, the Evidence Act 2011 section 84 sets conditions for computer-generated evidence, usually proved with a certificate, and the 2023 amendment extended this to electronic records. Practical steps:
Where a manager in Nigeria handles day-to-day spending, write down who is responsible for collecting each type of record, where it is stored and who checks it each month. Ask for receipts to be uploaded within a set number of days of each payment, not at year end. Gaps are far easier to fill while the supplier still remembers the sale.
A UK-registered company buys a ₦1,500,000 laptop for its Lagos manager in March 2026 and charges the cost to its Nigerian subsidiary. The supplier's receipt, the bank statement line, the conversion confirmation and the intercompany invoice should all be kept by both companies until at least the end of 2032 for the Nigerian side (six years after the 2026 year of assessment) and six years after the end of the UK company's financial year for the UK side. Keeping all four together means either authority's question can be answered from one folder.
Pryme accounts give a dated record of every transaction, and customers can generate a regular or a verifiable receipt or statement through Pryme's partner VerifyDoc.ai; see receipts and why verifiable receipts matter. The Finance agent can match receipts to payments for a person to review.

GOV.UK says six years from the end of the last financial year they relate to, or longer in some cases.
Yes, but the Nigerian tax authority can require records held in cloud services, and Canada has rules on where records are kept. Make sure you can produce them quickly.
Digital records are generally accepted if complete and legible; keep originals where a law or contract requires them, and keep files in their original format.
