Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

CAC registration with a Spanish SL as shareholder, legalising Spanish documents, NIPC, the business permit and the Certificate of Capital Importation.
A Spanish SL can own a Nigerian private company: the subsidiary is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), with the SL as corporate shareholder, and as a foreign-owned company it then registers with the NIPC and, for the Ministry of Interior business permit, needs share capital of at least ₦10 million. Money the SL sends in as capital should come through an authorised dealer bank, which issues a Certificate of Capital Importation (CCI); that certificate is what later lets the company repatriate dividends and capital.
Spanish SLs owned by Nigerians often reach a point where a Nigerian company makes sense: to hire staff in Lagos, sign local contracts or hold a licence. This guide covers the Nigeria-side steps when the shareholder is a Spanish company, and the documents Spain must produce. For the CAC process itself, the Nigeria library's guide to registering a private limited company covers the steps in full.
A Nigerian private company needs at least the minimum issued share capital: under CAMA 2020, section 27(2), ₦100,000 for a private company. A foreign-owned company has further thresholds to meet. The Ministry of Interior's e-Citibiz requirements state that the Business Permit is for "Joint Venture and Wholly Foreign Owned Companies" and requires authorised share capital of at least ₦10 million. Some legal guides cite a much higher figure for foreign-owned companies (a June 2026 Mondaq guide gives ₦100 million), which appears to relate to particular permits; confirm the figure for your activity with a Nigerian lawyer before you file.
CAC needs to see that the Spanish SL exists and has authorised the investment. Expect to provide:
These documents must be accepted in Nigeria. Nigeria is not a party to the Apostille Convention (HCCH status table, updated 30 June 2026), so Spanish documents go through diplomatic legalisation rather than an apostille: certification of the issuing authority's signature, legalisation by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then legalisation by the Embassy of Nigeria in Madrid. The Ministerio del Interior's own legalisation page confirms that for non-Hague countries its documents are legalised diplomatically by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. See Spanish documents for use in Nigeria.
Registration is online. Each Nigerian individual involved needs a NIN; for the Spanish shareholder, the SL is entered as a corporate subscriber. CAC's fee schedule (29 May 2025) charges the filing fee on the share capital, so a larger capital costs more to register. Stamp duty also applies: PwC's summary (reviewed 29 May 2026) gives 0.75% on share capital at incorporation or on new shares.
Nigeria's PSC Regulations 2022, as summarised by PwC, treat anyone holding 5% or more of shares or voting rights, directly or indirectly, as a PSC, and require the company to disclose them at incorporation, in annual returns and on any change. With a Spanish SL as shareholder, the PSCs are the individuals behind the SL, so you look through it.
A company with foreign shareholding registers with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission after CAC incorporation; the NIPC's business registration page sets out the process. The Business Permit from the Ministry of Interior then follows. Its e-Citibiz page lists the certificate of incorporation, the company's constitution, a feasibility report, CAC filings showing the shareholders and directors, any joint venture agreement, a current tax clearance and the lease or title for the operating premises.
Send the share capital from the SL's bank in Spain to the subsidiary's account with an authorised dealer bank in Nigeria, and ask that bank for a Certificate of Capital Importation. A 2021 Mondaq note by Resolution Law Firm describes the CCI as issued by the authorised dealer for capital imported as cash, equity, debt or goods, within 24 hours of importation under the Foreign Exchange (Monitoring and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, now electronically (e-CCI). A June 2026 Mondaq guide describes the CCI as what guarantees the repatriation of capital, net profits and dividends. Without it, getting money back out is far harder.
Spain is on the FIRS list of tax treaties in force with Nigeria (Information Circular 2022/15). To claim the treaty rate on dividends paid to the SL, the circular asks for a certificate of residence endorsed by the Spanish tax authority, a letter to the tax authority, evidence of the shareholding and a beneficial-owner declaration. Arrangements between the SL and the subsidiary should be priced at arm's length; see transfer pricing between related companies.
Pryme has a page on running several entities. A Pryme Business Account for the Nigerian subsidiary holds NGN, USD, GBP and EUR with local details for each, and its Compliance agent can track CAC annual returns and PSC updates, preparing drafts for a person to approve. Naira deposits are held by a licensed Nigerian microfinance bank, regulated by the CBN and insured by the NDIC up to the applicable limit.
Yes. A Nigerian private company can be wholly foreign owned, with the foreign company as sole shareholder, subject to sector rules and the foreign-owned company steps: NIPC registration and the Ministry of Interior business permit.
CAMA sets ₦100,000 for private companies generally, but the Ministry of Interior business permit for foreign-owned companies requires at least ₦10 million. Check whether your sector needs more.
No apostille is available, because Nigeria is not a party to the Apostille Convention. Spanish documents are legalised by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then the Nigerian Embassy in Madrid.
The CCI is the evidence that capital came in through the official market. Without it, repatriating dividends or capital through an authorised dealer becomes much harder.
