Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Whether your Lagos house counts for UK inheritance tax, US estate tax or Irish CAT depends on residence tests, not where the land is. How each one works.
Often yes. The UK charges inheritance tax on worldwide assets, including Nigerian property, for people who were UK resident for at least 10 of the previous 20 tax years; others pay only on UK assets. The IRS counts everything a US citizen or resident owns at death in the gross estate, with a 2026 basic exclusion of $15 million. In Ireland, an inheritance is fully within CAT if the person who died or the heir is Irish resident. Nigeria itself has no inheritance tax.
A family house in Enugu or a plot in Abuja can feel like it belongs entirely to Nigeria. For inheritance tax, what usually matters is not where the property is but the residence or status of the person who dies, and in Ireland of the person who inherits.
Nigeria does not levy an inheritance or estate tax. Under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, passing property on death is not a chargeable disposal, and heirs take the property at its market value at the date of death, which becomes their cost if they sell later (Bloomberg Tax, February 2026). Gifts in life are different: they are treated as disposals at market value. For what heirs face where they live, see inheriting from Nigeria.
From 6 April 2025 the UK replaced domicile with a residence test. HMRC's manual (IHTM47020, April 2026) says foreign assets are within inheritance tax if the person was a long-term UK resident, meaning UK resident in at least 10 of the 20 tax years before the year of death. A split year counts as a full year. People who leave keep that status for a 'tail' of three to ten tax years, depending on how long they were resident, before foreign assets fall outside.
For someone who was not a long-term resident, only UK assets are in scope. GOV.UK gives the standard threshold is £325,000, with 40% above it; it can rise when a home passes to children or grandchildren, and transfers to a spouse are exempt.
Example only, ignoring the residence nil-rate band and spouse exemption. A long-term UK resident dies with a London home and savings worth £400,000 and a Lagos house valued at £150,000.
| Without Lagos house | With Lagos house | |
|---|---|---|
| Estate | £400,000 | £550,000 |
| Less threshold | £325,000 | £325,000 |
| Taxable | £75,000 | £225,000 |
| Tax at 40% | £30,000 | £90,000 |
The Lagos house adds £60,000 of UK tax. Because Nigeria charges no inheritance tax, there is no Nigerian tax to set against it.
Leaving the UK does not end exposure at once. IHTM47020 sets the tail: three tax years for someone resident for 10 to 13 years, one more year for each extra year of residence, up to a maximum of ten years for 20 years or more. HMRC's own example is a person resident for 15 years, whose tail is five years. A returnee who dies in Lagos within the tail can still owe UK inheritance tax on the Lagos house.
The IRS estate tax FAQ (July 2026) defines the gross estate as everything a person owns or has certain interests in at death, including real estate, cash, securities and business interests, without carving out property abroad. The basic exclusion is $13,990,000 for 2025 and $15,000,000 for 2026. Form 706 is due nine months after death when the gross estate plus adjusted taxable gifts exceeds the threshold, or to elect portability of an unused exclusion to a surviving spouse. Most Nigerian families in the US fall well below the exclusion, but the portability election can still be worth filing.
Ireland taxes the heir, not the estate. Revenue's notes on the CAT Act say the whole inheritance is taxable if the person who died was resident or ordinarily resident in Ireland, or the heir is resident or ordinarily resident at the date of the inheritance. A foreign-domiciled person is not treated as resident for this purpose unless resident for five consecutive tax years before. CAT is 33% above the heir's group threshold. For gifts or inheritances on or after 7 October 2026, the thresholds are €420,000 for children (Group A), €44,000 for siblings, nieces, nephews and parents in some cases (Group B) and €22,000 for others (Group C).
Each tax office wants a market value at the date of death in its own currency. Use a qualified, registered estate surveyor and valuer in Nigeria, and keep the report with the title documents. A valuation also fixes the heirs' cost for any later Nigerian gains tax.
Executors often need to pay Nigerian costs in naira (valuers, lawyers, Land Use Charge) while the estate sits abroad. A Pryme account holds naira and your home currency together, with Send for paying in Nigeria and Swap when you choose to convert.
If you were UK resident for at least 10 of the 20 tax years before death, yes: foreign assets are in scope. If not, only UK assets are taxed.
No. Under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, inheritance is not a chargeable disposal; heirs take the property at market value at death.
If you are Irish resident or ordinarily resident at the date of inheritance, the whole inheritance is within CAT, at 33% above your group threshold (€420,000 for a child from 7 October 2026).
The IRS defines the gross estate as everything owned at death, including real estate, without excluding property abroad. The 2026 basic exclusion is $15 million.
