BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Documents, NIN, consent and attendance rules for a first Nigerian passport for a child born in Australia, applied through the Canberra High Commission.
A child born in Australia to a Nigerian parent is a Nigerian citizen by birth under section 25(1)(c) of the Constitution, so can hold a Nigerian passport. Apply on the NIS portal with Canberra as processing office; missions ask for the child's birth certificate, a NIN for the child, both parents' consent and their passport data pages (at least one Nigerian), and the child attends for biometrics. NIS lists US$150 for a 32-page passport abroad.
Many Nigerian parents in Australia want their children to hold both passports: for family visits, for future study or work in Nigeria, and for identity. The first Nigerian passport is the hardest one, because there is no old booklet to renew and the child has no Nigerian records yet. Here is the order that saves the most time.
Section 25(1)(c) of the 1999 Constitution makes a person born outside Nigeria a citizen by birth if either parent is a Nigerian citizen. Australian birth does not change that. Whether the child also holds Australian citizenship is a separate Australian question for Home Affairs.
Register the birth with your state or territory registry and order the full birth certificate that names both parents. Nigerian missions work from a birth certificate showing parentage; Atlanta asks for a "clean" copy, and Ottawa for a copy with the original available to be sighted. The names on it must be spelt exactly as you want them on the Nigerian passport and NIN.
Ottawa states that a NIN is mandatory for every passport application, including children, and the NIS portal verifies applicants with a NIN. NIMC's diaspora facts sheet says children enrol with their original birth certificate and a parent who has a NIN, through a licensed diaspora partner. Our guide to getting a NIN for a child in Australia covers partners and fees.
| Document | Note |
|---|---|
| Child's Australian birth certificate, original and copy | Names both parents |
| Child's NIN slip | Names matching the birth certificate |
| Parents' passport data pages | At least one parent Nigerian (Ottawa) |
| Consent letter signed by both parents | Atlanta asks for it notarised |
| Custody order | If one parent has sole custody |
| Photos, application and payment slips | Follow the photo rules on the portal |
We found no mission page requiring an Australian birth certificate to be apostilled or legalised for a child's passport, but ask Canberra when you book.
A child's passport is valid for a shorter period than an adult's, so put the expiry date in your calendar a year ahead. Renewing a child's passport later is simpler than the first application, but the child still has to be seen for new biometrics.
The child must be present for photo and fingerprints. The High Commission at 26 Guilfoyle St, Yarralumla ACT sees passport applicants by appointment only, Tuesday to Thursday, 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm, according to its home page. The contactless route on its website is for renewals and reissues, so plan to attend for a first passport. If both parents cannot travel, bring the signed consent and the absent parent's data page.
NIS lists US$150 for the 32-page passport and US$230 for the 64-page passport abroad (announcement of 28 Aug 2025). Pay only what the portal calculates. Example only: two children at US$150 each is US$300 before travel to Canberra.
Keep the child's original birth certificate, NIN slip and a scan of the new passport data page together. The same set will be asked for again for school records, a Nigerian bank account later in life, or a renewal from Australia.
Smartraveller notes that Nigerian authorities may insist dual nationals enter and exit on a Nigerian passport. If the child travels on an Australian passport instead, read do Australian-passport children need a Nigerian visa. For registering the birth on the Nigerian side, see registering a child born in Australia as Nigerian.
The fee is charged in US dollars. A Pryme account holds USD alongside naira, GBP and EUR, and Swap shows the rate first and the fee on its own line before you approve.
Yes, if either parent is a Nigerian citizen. Section 25(1)(c) of the Constitution makes the child a citizen by birth.
Yes. Missions such as Ottawa say a NIN is mandatory for all applications, including children, and the portal verifies identity with it.
Missions ask for both parents' consent and data pages; if one cannot attend, bring a signed consent letter. Confirm with Canberra.
