Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

How a buyer in the UK signs a deed of assignment for land in Nigeria: witnessing, notarisation, apostille, stamp duty and the next steps at home.
You can sign a deed of assignment for Nigerian land in the UK, usually before a UK notary public who witnesses your signature and certifies the deed, after which the FCDO can attach an apostille (from £35 for an e-Apostille or £45 on paper, October 2026). The deed must then be stamped in Nigeria: the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 sets 30 days from execution and a 1.5% duty on an irrevocable assignment on sale, payable by the buyer. Ask your Nigerian lawyer and the state land registry what form of execution they accept before you sign.
Buying land in Nigeria from the UK is common, and so are the problems that start with a badly executed deed. The deed of assignment transfers the seller's interest to you; if it is not properly signed, witnessed, stamped and registered, your title is weaker than you think. This guide covers the part that happens in the UK and the steps that follow in Nigeria. It is information, not legal advice; a Nigerian property lawyer should handle the transaction.
Execution is the last step, not the first. Before a deed reaches you in the UK, your Nigerian lawyer should have searched the title at the land registry, confirmed the seller's root of title and checked for government acquisition. Our Nigeria library covers those checks in buying land in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt: title checks. Ask your lawyer to send the final draft, not a template, and confirm the names exactly match your passport.
Nigerian land registries and lawyers generally want confidence that the person who signed is the person named. In the UK, the usual way to provide it is to sign before a notary public, who checks your identity, witnesses your signature and adds a notarial certificate. A solicitor can also witness, but the extra step below works most smoothly with a notarised document. Ask your Nigerian lawyer which the registry in that state accepts.
GOV.UK says some documents, including contracts and powers of attorney, must be certified by a UK public official such as a notary or solicitor before the UK Legalisation Office can legalise them with an apostille. The Office checks signatures, stamps and seals against its records, not the content of the document. As at October 2026 GOV.UK lists:
| Service | Fee per document | Typical time |
|---|---|---|
| Standard (paper) | £45 plus postage | Up to 25 working days |
| e-Apostille | £35 | Up to 2 working days |
| Next-Day (registered businesses only) | £40 | Next working day |
| Restricted Urgent (registered businesses only) | £100 | Same day, with approval by email first |
Whether a Nigerian registry wants an apostille, and whether it accepts an electronic one, varies; confirm before paying. Our guide notarising documents in the UK for use in Nigeria covers notary appointments and costs.
From 2026 stamp duty is charged under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 (NTA). An April 2026 journal analysis of the Act sets out the points that matter for a buyer:
Because the 30 days runs from execution, the courier time from the UK eats into it. Our companion guide on the stamping deadline for UK-signed documents explains how the older rule for documents signed abroad differed. Full rates are in stamp duty rates in Nigeria: the Ninth Schedule table.
Example only: you buy a plot in Ogun State for ₦40,000,000 under a deed of assignment. If the deed is charged at 1.5% as an irrevocable assignment on sale, the duty is ₦40,000,000 × 1.5% = ₦600,000, payable by you. Registration fees and any governor's consent charges are separate and set by the state.
Some diaspora sales have both parties outside Nigeria, for example a seller in London and a buyer in Houston. Each signs before a notary in their own country, and each country's apostille or legalisation step applies to the signature made there. The two signed copies, or the counterparts, then travel to the Nigerian lawyer. This adds time to the 30-day stamping window, so agree in advance who signs first and how the originals will be couriered. If someone in Nigeria will sign for you under a power of attorney instead, the power of attorney itself needs the same care; see revoking a power of attorney from the UK for what happens when you want to end one.
Duty, lawyer's fees and registry charges are paid in naira. A Pryme account holds pounds and naira, and Swap shows the rate and the fee before you approve a conversion. For payments to the seller, a verifiable receipt gives you a record anyone can check has not been altered.
Yes. Buyers usually sign before a UK notary public, who certifies the signature; an FCDO apostille can then be added. Ask your Nigerian lawyer what the state registry accepts.
Under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, an irrevocable assignment on sale is charged at 1.5%, payable by the buyer, according to an April 2026 analysis of the Ninth Schedule.
The NTA 2025 sets 30 days from execution. Plan as if the clock started the day you signed in the UK, and confirm with your lawyer.
It depends on what the registry or your lawyer requires. GOV.UK lists £45 for a paper apostille and £35 for an e-Apostille as at October 2026.

Carry both. The British passport gets you back into the UK; a valid Nigerian one gets you into Nigeria without a visa. Here is when to show which.
Nigeria is not a party to the Apostille Convention, so no Nigerian office is bound to accept a UK e-Apostille. Here is how to check before you pay.
