Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

What a Nigerian car wash spends on pressure washers, water, power and a site, how to price each wash and how many cars a day it needs.
A modest car wash in Nigeria needs a commercial pressure washer, a vacuum, water storage, a canopy, drainage and a generator; our labelled example comes to about ₦2.7 million before land, or ₦4.2 million with a borehole. Water and power are the costs that decide profit. A site washing around 25 cars a day at an average of ₦3,000 can clear several hundred thousand naira a month in our example, but only if fuel and staff pay are kept in check.
Before buying any machine, settle three things: the site, the water and the power. A car wash needs space for cars to queue and turn, a hard floor that drains, and a location drivers pass slowly, such as near a filling station, market or estate gate. Water must be reliable every day, not just when the public supply runs. Power drives the pressure washers and vacuums, and in most places that means a generator or a solar system sized for motors.
| Source | Upfront | Running cost | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Borehole on site | High (drilling, pump, tank, treatment) | Pump power only | Water quality, iron staining on paint, permission from the landlord |
| Bought by tanker | Low (storage tanks) | Each tanker load | Supply interruptions, price rises, quality |
| Public mains | Connection fee | Water bill | Pressure and reliability; rarely enough alone |
A pressure washer uses far less water per car than an open hose and bucket, which matters if you buy water. Recycling rinse water through settling tanks reduces it further but adds cost. Ask your local government and the state environment agency about where waste water and soap may drain before you build; soapy run-off into neighbours' compounds or blocked drains is a common cause of complaints.
Figures are an example, not quotes. Commercial pressure washers and generators are priced off the exchange rate, so price them with at least two dealers.
| Item | Example cost (₦) |
|---|---|
| Commercial pressure washer | 450,000 |
| Second, smaller washer as backup | 150,000 |
| Wet and dry vacuum | 120,000 |
| Two water storage tanks | 300,000 |
| Canopy or shade structure | 400,000 |
| Generator sized for the washers | 600,000 |
| Concrete slab and drainage channel | 500,000 |
| Starter chemicals, foam lance, towels, buckets | 100,000 |
| Signboard | 50,000 |
| CAC business name registration (May 2025 schedule) | 20,000 |
| Total without borehole | 2,690,000 |
| Borehole with pump (optional) | 1,500,000 |
| Total with borehole | 4,190,000 |
Land or rent is on top. Many operators lease part of an existing compound or filling station forecourt instead of renting a plot, which cuts the slab and canopy cost if the space already has them.
Build a menu by time and materials, not by guesswork. These are example structures; check what washes cost within a kilometre of your site.
Pay washers per car rather than a flat salary at first; it ties pay to output and protects you on slow days. Our wider guide on pricing products and services explains margin and mark-up.
Example only. 25 cars a day at an average of ₦3,000, open 26 days: 25 × ₦3,000 × 26 = ₦1,950,000.
Costs come to ₦1,161,968, leaving ₦788,032 before tax, repairs and your own pay. At 15 cars a day the takings fall to ₦1,170,000 and the margin shrinks sharply, because rent and much of the fuel stay the same. Check the current pump price where you buy fuel, and compare a solar option over a full year using generator, solar and grid costs per kWh.
A car wash sells trust as much as cleanliness. Customers hand over keys and leave phones, cash and documents in the car. Write a short set of rules for staff: windows up before washing, nothing removed from the car, keys kept on a numbered board, and any item found returned to the driver in front of a supervisor. Train washers to use the right chemical for each surface, because strong degreasers on paint or dashboards cause damage you will be asked to pay for.
Electricity and water together are a hazard. Keep generator cables off the wet floor, use outdoor-rated sockets and have an electrician check the connections. Rotate tasks so the same washer is not on the pressure lance all day, and provide boots and gloves.
Drivers rarely carry cash. A Pryme Business Account offers bank-transfer checkout free of charge, and bulk payouts to pay washers their per-car earnings at the end of the day. Transport is also one of the Spaces sectors.
Our labelled example is about ₦2.69 million for equipment, slab, canopy and generator, or ₦4.19 million with a borehole, before land or rent. Price machines yourself because they follow the exchange rate.
Choose a commercial, continuous-duty machine with an induction motor and a dealer who stocks spare seals and pumps. Keep a smaller backup so one breakdown does not close the site.
In our example 25 cars a day at ₦3,000 leaves about ₦788,000 a month after costs; at 15 cars the margin falls sharply. Work out your own break-even from rent, fuel and staff pay.
A borehole costs more upfront but removes tanker bills and supply gaps. Test water quality first, because iron-rich water can stain paint.
