Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Suspect the cement or rod prices on your build are inflated? Five ways to benchmark from the UK, from price reports to calling suppliers yourself.
To check building material prices from the UK, compare your builder's figures with published price reports, get your own quotes from two or three suppliers near the site, and match quantities against the bill of quantities. Legit.ng reported indicative prices of around ₦12,000 per 50kg bag for major cement brands at the start of September 2026, with July retail ranges of ₦12,000 to ₦15,000; prices vary by location and transport, so use local quotes for the final check.
A build can cost too much in two ways. The unit price is too high (₦17,000 a bag when the market is ₦13,500), or the quantity is too high (600 bags for a stage that needs 400). From abroad, people usually check the first and miss the second. You need both checks, and the second needs a bill of quantities.
News sites regularly report cement and rod prices. Legit.ng's report of 4 September 2026, citing a market report from 1 September, gave indicative prices of ₦12,000 per 50kg bag for Dangote, BUA, Mangal and HBM, and ₦14,000 for Linma White. It also quoted July retail ranges from CemNet (Dangote ₦13,000 to ₦15,000, BUA ₦12,000 to ₦14,500, HBM ₦12,000 to ₦13,500), a Guardian figure of ₦12,500 to ₦15,000 per bag in Lagos, Abuja and Abia, and an FCCPC range of ₦13,000 to ₦15,000 in some locations in the first half of 2026. These are a sense check, not a price for your village: the same report says prices vary by location and transport costs.
Ask your builder which suppliers they use, then call two or three yourself, plus one they did not name. Ask for the price delivered to the site, for the quantity you need, with the date. A supplier will quote a buyer abroad by WhatsApp; ask them to send it on their letterhead or with their business name.
A quantity surveyor's BOQ sets out how much of each material each stage needs. Compare what the builder buys with what the BOQ says. If you do not have one, this is the strongest reason to get one; see hiring a quantity surveyor from the UK.
Ask for every supplier receipt, and call a sample of them. A real supplier will confirm the sale. A receipt book bought at the market, with no phone number, is not evidence.
Ask for a photo of each delivery on site, with the waybill or delivery note showing quantity and date. Count bags or bundles in the photo against the receipt.
Example only; not current prices for any area. A builder asks for money for 400 bags of cement at ₦16,500 delivered, ₦6,600,000. You get two local quotes averaging ₦13,500 delivered, so 400 bags would cost ₦5,400,000. The difference is ₦1,200,000. You then check the quantity: the BOQ for that stage says 320 bags. At the local quote, that is ₦4,320,000, so the request is ₦2,280,000 above what the BOQ and local prices support.
There may be explanations: a remote site with high transport costs, a different brand, a price rise since the quote. Ask. But you now have specific numbers to discuss, rather than a feeling.
Materials get the attention, but labour quotes vary as much. Ask the builder to price labour separately from materials for each stage, and ask your quantity surveyor or a second builder what that stage should cost in labour locally. A combined "materials and labour" figure is the hardest number to check from abroad.
Tiles, sanitary ware, doors and fittings are often imported, and their prices follow the exchange rate and import charges rather than local factory prices. DHL's Nigeria guide (June 2026) explains that duty is calculated on the CIF value converted at the CBN rate at assessment, with VAT at 7.5% charged on CIF plus duty and levies, and the rate depending on the HS code. A sudden jump in a builder's price for imported items may simply reflect that; ask for the importer's or shop's invoice.
Prices also rise during a build. Voice of Nigeria reported headline inflation of 14.63% in September 2026. A quote from six months ago may be out of date, so ask suppliers how long their quote is valid, and consider buying major materials for a stage at once when the price is fair.
For the payment structure these checks feed into, see paying for a village build in stages.
Paying suppliers directly from naira in a Pryme account through Send cuts out the price mark-up a middleman can add, and each payment has a dated record. You can also generate verifiable receipts through Pryme's partner VerifyDoc.ai (receipts). Naira deposits are held by a licensed Nigerian microfinance bank, regulated by the CBN and insured by the NDIC up to the applicable limit. Outside Nigeria, Pryme's activities are carried out through regulated partners.

Compare their unit prices with your own supplier quotes and their quantities with the bill of quantities, and call suppliers on the receipts.
Their cost follows the exchange rate and import charges; DHL's guide describes duty on the CIF value plus VAT at 7.5%.
