Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

How Access Bank collects a PayDay Loan, how to repay early, what happens after a missed repayment, and who to call or email.
Access Bank says a PayDay Loan is due on your next salary payment or 30 days after you take it, whichever comes first, and is deducted from your salary account. You can liquidate early on USSD or QuickBucks, or through the contact centre on +234 700 300 0000 or contactcenter@accessbankplc.com; from 31 days past due the bank's FAQ lists a penal charge of 1% a month, and it can debit any account linked to your BVN.
Access Bank's PayDay Loan FAQ, read in October 2026, says the loan is due by your next salary payment or 30 days from the day you took it, whichever comes first. Repayment is deducted at source: the bank takes the amount from your salary account when the salary lands, before you can spend it. You do not normally need to make a separate transfer.
Because interest and fees on this product are taken upfront (see Access PayDay Loan interest rate for what the bank's own documents say, and where they disagree), the amount deducted on payday is usually the principal you borrowed. Check the repayment amount on your loan confirmation rather than assuming.
The FAQ says that if funds are not in the account on the due date, the loan is recovered from any inflow into the account. Once it is past due, the bank says deduction will be made from any account linked to your BVN. Read that as covering accounts you hold at other banks as well as at Access Bank, since the BVN links them all; if you are unsure which accounts could be debited, ask the contact centre before the due date.
The FAQ says customers are at liberty to pay off the loan at their convenience. It names three routes:
Early liquidation matters most if your employer has changed your pay date or you expect a gap in salary. Because the charges are deducted at disbursement, do not expect a refund of interest when you repay early unless the bank tells you otherwise in writing; ask before you pay.
Say a salary earner borrows ₦200,000 on 3 March and is paid on the 25th of each month. The loan falls due on 25 March, because that comes before 2 April (30 days later). If upfront charges of ₦26,600 were deducted at disbursement, ₦173,400 would arrive in the account, and ₦200,000 would be taken from the salary on 25 March. The cost to compare with other loans is ₦26,600 for 22 days of use. These charges are an example; your own offer shows the real ones.
| Stage | What Access Bank's FAQ says |
|---|---|
| Due date, funds short | Loan recovered from any inflow into the account |
| Past due | Deduction from any account linked to your BVN |
| From 31 days past due | Penal charge for default, given as 1% per month |
The FAQ does not discuss credit bureau reporting, but banks report loan performance to licensed credit bureaus, so a default can affect future applications; see how the credit bureaus work. If you have lost your job or your salary has moved bank, tell Access Bank before the due date and ask in writing how it will collect.
Put any dispute about a wrong deduction in writing, quoting the loan date, the amount and the account debited. Because Access Bank is a commercial bank licensed by the CBN, a complaint the bank does not resolve can be taken to the CBN's consumer protection function; check the CBN website for its current channel. This is information, not legal advice.
A PayDay Loan is a bank product, collected from salary, with charges taken at the start. Loan apps usually collect by card or mandate and may quote interest daily or monthly. For digital lenders, the FCCPC's 2025 regulations require interest rates, repayment terms and fees to be fully disclosed before any transaction is completed, in clear and simple English (Reg. 17(a)). Whichever you use, compare the naira you receive with the naira you repay and the number of days in between, not the headline percentage. Our guide to APR versus a flat fee shows how to convert one to the other.
One practical difference: because a salary loan is taken at source, it is hard to fall behind while your salary keeps arriving in the same account. The risk appears when the salary stops, moves or is delayed, which is exactly when the recovery from other BVN-linked accounts and the penal charge start to matter.
If a deduction is disputed, a statement the bank can check is useful evidence: Pryme customers can generate verifiable statements through VerifyDoc.ai (receipts and statements). Pryme's Loans on Spaces, lent by Solid Allianze MFB, show the amount, cost and repayment date in full before you accept.
Access Bank says you can self-liquidate on its USSD channel or on QuickBucks, or ask the contact centre or a branch to do it for you.
The bank recovers from any inflow, then from any account linked to your BVN once past due, and its FAQ lists a penal charge of 1% a month from 31 days past due.
On your next salary payment or 30 days after you took it, whichever comes first, according to Access Bank's FAQ.
The PayDay FAQ lists +234 700 300 0000 and 0201 271 2005, and the email contactcenter@accessbankplc.com.
