Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

What banks, Bank of Industry and DBN partner banks ask for at ₦10 million: CAC papers, accounts, security, and how long the process takes.
At ₦10 million, Nigerian lenders treat the request as a proper business credit: expect to provide CAC registration documents, management or audited accounts, at least six to twelve months of bank statements, a business plan and some form of security. Bank of Industry lists SME loans of up to ₦10 million for light manufacturing secured by a debenture over the equipment, with three to five-year tenors, while DBN funds reach businesses only through partner banks.
Banks lend at this size through term loans, overdrafts, asset finance and invoice or contract finance. Published requirements give a sense of the paperwork. Access Bank's vehicle finance page, for business applicants, lists two years of audited or management accounts (audited where turnover is above ₦100 million), one year of statements from other banks, CAC documents, a board resolution, and a personal guarantee with a notarised statement of net worth from a director (as at Oct 2026). Sterling Bank's business support facility goes up to ₦20 million, needs a business at least three years old with turnover of at least ₦2 million a month, and does not require collateral up to ₦5 million (as at Oct 2026). Above that, collateral is expected.
BOI says its SME loans run for three to five years, at below-market rates, with a moratorium of 3 to 12 months, and are for duly registered business entities. Its Light Manufacturing product lists loans of up to ₦10 million secured by an asset debenture over the equipment. BOI primarily finances manufacturing, production and agro-processing, so a trading or service business is less likely to fit. Since 2 October 2026 applications can be made and tracked on BOI's MyBOI portal.
DBN does not lend to businesses directly. You ask your bank or microfinance bank for a DBN-funded loan; the bank appraises your business and, if satisfied, applies to DBN for funding and then on-lends to you. DBN says tenors can run to 10 years with a moratorium of up to 18 months, at market-conforming rates. Your bank still sets its own credit and collateral requirements.
| What lenders ask for | Why |
|---|---|
| CAC certificate, status report, memorandum and articles, board resolution | Proves the business exists and that directors authorised the loan |
| Management or audited accounts | Shows profit, not just turnover |
| 6 to 12 months of bank statements | Shows real cash flow and existing debt |
| Business plan or cash-flow projection | Shows how the loan will be repaid |
| Security: property, equipment, cash, guarantee | Covers the lender if repayments stop |
| Directors' BVN, ID and personal guarantees | Identity checks and personal recourse |
| Tax clearance where asked | Some lenders list it for SME loans |
The single hardest item for most small businesses is collateral. Lenders accept a range of security; see collateral Nigerian banks accept. Movable assets such as equipment can also be pledged, which is how equipment-backed loans such as BOI's work; see equipment loans.
A ₦10 million request is often decided on the quality of the first file. Lenders look for consistency: turnover in the accounts should match inflows on the statements, and the loan purpose should match the cash-flow forecast. Before you apply:
Lenders do not publish fixed decision times for business loans at this size, and timing depends heavily on how complete your file is. Expect the stages below, each of which can take days or weeks:
DBN-funded loans add a step, because your bank applies to DBN after its own appraisal. Ask each lender for its expected timeline in writing.
This is an example. Rates are illustrative. As a reference, the CBN's average prime lending rate was 17.86% and the average maximum lending rate 29.20% in August 2026 data; check the current figures on the CBN's Money Market Indicators page.
| Reducing balance at 25% a year | Flat 2% a month | |
|---|---|---|
| Loan | ₦10,000,000 | ₦10,000,000 |
| Term | 36 months | 36 months |
| Monthly repayment | ₦397,598 | ₦477,778 |
| Total interest | ₦4,313,537 | ₦7,200,000 |
| Total repaid | ₦14,313,537 | ₦17,200,000 |
A business needs to generate the monthly repayment from profit, not turnover, with room to spare. Also add fees (management, commitment, insurance, legal and valuation) to the comparison. Read APR vs flat fee before comparing offers.
Pryme does not offer business term loans. A Pryme Business Account keeps collections and payments in one place, and the Finance agent can prepare the cash-flow summaries a lender asks for, for a person to review. Statements can be issued as verifiable documents through VerifyDoc.ai, so a credit officer can confirm they are unaltered. See also what it takes to qualify for ₦5 million.
Approach your bank, Bank of Industry if you are in manufacturing, production or agro-processing, or ask your bank about DBN-funded loans. Have CAC documents, accounts, six to twelve months of statements, a business plan and security ready.
BOI's SME page lists loans of up to ₦10 million for light manufacturing, secured by a debenture over the equipment, with three to five-year tenors and a 3 to 12-month moratorium (as at Oct 2026).
Rarely. Sterling Bank's business support facility, for example, needs no collateral only up to ₦5 million (as at Oct 2026). Above that, lenders expect security.
There is no fixed time. Appraisal, collateral checks, approval and perfecting security can take weeks; a complete file shortens it.
