Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

How to build a monthly sinking fund for large future visa, settlement and residency fees for a whole family, with UK, Canada and US fee examples.
A sinking fund means working out the total of each future immigration fee for every family member, dividing it by the months until it is due, and saving that amount monthly in a separate account. For example, UK indefinite leave to remain costs £3,226 per person from 8 April 2026, so a family of four needs £12,904, or about £538 a month if saved over 24 months; add a margin because fees usually rise.
Immigration fees are among the largest bills a Nigerian family abroad will face, and they arrive on fixed dates you can see years ahead. That makes them ideal for a sinking fund: small, regular savings for one known future cost. Families that do this rarely have to borrow at renewal time; families that do not often end up on credit cards or loans from relatives.
Start with your visa expiry dates and the next step for each family member: extension, settlement, citizenship. Then look up the fees on the official government page. Examples from official pages checked in October 2026:
| Country | Fee | Amount | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| UK | Indefinite leave to remain (in the UK), per person | £3,226 | Home Office fees table, 8 April 2026 |
| UK | Immigration health surcharge, most applicants | £1,035 per year | GOV.UK |
| UK | Naturalisation, adult (including £130 ceremony fee) | £1,839 | Home Office fees table, 8 April 2026 |
| Canada | Sponsoring a spouse or partner (including RPRF) | $1,260 | IRCC fee list |
| Canada | Biometrics | $85 per person, $170 family maximum | IRCC fee list |
| US | Form I-90 (replace or renew green card) | $465 | 8 CFR 106.2 |
| US | Form I-751 (remove conditions on residence) | $750 | 8 CFR 106.2 |
The UK health surcharge is charged for each year of the visa, paid up front, so a three-year visa means three years of surcharge at once: £3,105 at the main rate. GOV.UK sets a lower £776 rate for some groups, such as students and under-18s, and exempts Health and Care Worker visa holders and their dependants.
Example only. Emeka, his wife and two children will be eligible for UK settlement in 24 months. At the current fee, four ILR applications cost 4 x £3,226 = £12,904. Divided over 24 months, that is about £538 a month. Because fees have risen in recent years (the Home Office table shows ILR was £3,029 before April 2026), he adds 10% and saves £592 a month.
| Line | Amount (example) |
|---|---|
| ILR fee x 4 people | £12,904 |
| Monthly over 24 months | about £538 |
| Plus 10% margin | about £592 a month |
| Total saved after 24 months | about £14,208 |
If the fee does not rise, the extra goes towards Life in the UK tests (£50 each) or the next step, naturalisation.
Fee tables change, family circumstances change, and eligibility dates move if you spend long periods outside the country. Once a year, ideally when the new fee table is published, recheck three things: the current fee for each person's next application, the date each one falls due, and whether a new family member, such as a baby born abroad, needs adding. Then reset the monthly amount. A fund that is reviewed annually stays close to the real figure; one set up once and forgotten is often several hundred pounds short by the time it is needed.
Families often find a renewal for one parent and settlement for another due within months of each other. Put both on one timeline and save for the earlier one first, then continue the same monthly figure for the second. If the total is impossible, look at fee waivers or reductions where they exist: in the US, 8 CFR 106.3 lists N-400, I-90 and I-751 among fees that can be waived for inability to pay, and the N-400 has a reduced $380 fee for lower-income households. For the next stage, see planning the money for a citizenship application.
A Pryme account holds pounds, dollars, euros and naira, so you can keep an immigration fund in its own currency balance, away from spending money. The Personal Assistant can set a monthly reminder and track progress towards the target; nothing moves without your approval.
At £3,226 per person (from 8 April 2026), four applications cost £12,904, before tests and document costs.
Add up all fees for every family member, divide by the months until they are due, and add a margin of about 10% for fee rises.
Fees are generally paid in full when you apply, which is why saving in advance matters.
It is charged per year of the visa but paid up front: a three-year visa at the main rate costs £3,105 at once.
