Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Eva waits for your rate and asks before she moves anything.
No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Dollars, pounds and euros beside a Naira account, on one ledger and one set of books. Five agents come with it and run the account — nothing leaves without your signature.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Accounts are provided in Nigeria today, subject to verification and approval. Foreign-currency balances are held and converted inside that account, so you can hold, receive and swap dollars, pounds and euros wherever you are.

Every *919# string UBA lists for transfers, balance, airtime, data, bills, card block, BVN and PIN, with the charge UBA shows beside each one.
UBA's USSD code is *919#. From the phone number on your account you can send money (*919*3*account*amount# to UBA, *919*4*account*amount# to other banks), buy airtime (*919*amount#) and data (*919*14#), pay bills (*919*5#), block your debit card (*919*10#) and link your BVN (*919*60*BVN#); PIN setup and balance are in the main *919# menu. Codes and charges below are from UBA's *919# page, last modified April 2026.
UBA calls *919# its USSD banking service. It works on any phone without data, as long as you dial from the number registered on your account or UBA prepaid card. This list is taken from UBA's own *919# page (modified 14 April 2026); where UBA's page contradicts itself or older guides, we say so.
| What you want | String | Charge UBA lists |
|---|---|---|
| Send to a UBA account | *919*3*account number*amount# | ₦20 |
| Send to another bank | *919*4*account number*amount# | ₦10 + VAT up to ₦5,000; ₦20 + VAT ₦5,001 to ₦50,000; ₦50 + VAT above ₦50,000 |
| Send to microfinance banks, fintechs and other institutions | *919*6# | Not stated separately |
| Send to a UBA prepaid card | *919*32# | ₦50 + VAT |
| Send or receive money by mobile number | *919*36# | Not listed |
Older guides, including a TechCabal list from November 2023, give the transfer format as *919*amount*account#. UBA's current page puts the 3 or 4 first, then the account number, then the amount. Use UBA's format; if a string fails, dial *919# and use the menu.
| What you want | String | Charge UBA lists |
|---|---|---|
| Check balance | Main *919# menu (older guides give *919*00#) | ₦10 |
| Mini statement (last 5 transactions) | Main *919# menu | Free |
| Airtime for yourself | *919*amount# (e.g. *919*1000#) | Free |
| Airtime for someone else | *919*phone number*amount# | Free |
| Data for yourself | *919*14# | Free |
| Data for someone else | *919*14*phone number# | Free |
UBA's page links *919*00# under "USSD codes for transactions" rather than labelling it as balance, while TechCabal's 2023 list gives *919*00# for balance. If it does not return your balance, use the main menu.
| What you want | String | Charge UBA lists |
|---|---|---|
| Pay bills | *919*5# | ₦100 + VAT |
| Taxes and levies | *919*13# | ₦50 + VAT |
| Airline tickets | *919*12# (airline codes follow, e.g. *919*12*071# Ethiopian) | ₦50 + VAT |
| Event tickets | *919*7# | Not listed |
| Check LCC e-tag balance | *919*16*1# | ₦10 |
| Top up LCC e-tag | *919*16*2# | ₦50 + VAT |
TechCabal's 2023 list gave *919*30*biller code*amount# for bills. On UBA's current page, *919*30# is cardless withdrawal, so use *919*5# for bills.
| What you want | String | Charge UBA lists |
|---|---|---|
| Block your debit card | *919*10# | ₦5 |
| Block a card for someone else (third-party freeze) | *919*911# | Not listed |
| Freeze online transactions | *919*9# | Free |
| Generate an OTP | *919*8# | ₦5 |
| ATM cardless withdrawal | *919*30*amount# | ₦100 + VAT |
| Open a bank account | *919*20# | Free |
| Link BVN to account | *919*60*BVN# | Not listed |
| Retrieve your BVN | *919*18# | ₦20 in one table, free in another |
| Statement to an embassy | *919*21# | ₦1,075 flat + ₦21 per page |
| Statement to banks and financial institutions | *919*21# | ₦42 per page |
| Click Credit Plus | *919*28# | Not listed |
If your phone is stolen, block first and ask questions later: *919*10# or *919*911# from another phone, then call the Customer Fulfilment Centre on 02-012808822 or 02-012808800 (24/7), or email cfc@ubagroup.com. See how to block a UBA card for the full process.
Example only, using UBA's April 2026 charges. In a month you check your balance 4 times (4 × ₦10 = ₦40), send 3 transfers of ₦15,000 to other banks (3 × ₦20 = ₦60, plus 7.5% VAT ₦4.50 = ₦64.50), and buy airtime twice (free). That is ₦104.50 in bank charges. Each ₦15,000 transfer also attracts the ₦50 stamp duty in force since January 2026 (₦150), and UBA lists ₦6.98 per session for existing users (9 sessions = ₦62.82). Total about ₦317.32. Check the current figures on the menu before you confirm.
USSD is useful on a basic phone, but a PIN is the only thing between your account and anyone holding your SIM; read USSD banking fraud. Pryme does not offer USSD; its app uses an authenticator and a transaction PIN (security), and you can buy airtime and data in the app.
UBA's page lists *919*4*account number*amount#. For UBA accounts it is *919*3*account number*amount#.
Dial *919# and choose balance. UBA lists a ₦10 charge. Older guides give *919*00#.
Dial *919# from your registered number and choose PIN Setup. UBA lists PIN reset and change as free.
*919*10# blocks your debit card (₦5, per UBA's page). *919*911# is listed for a third-party freeze.
