Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Points, stamps, WhatsApp lists, bundles and pay-later: which loyalty ideas actually bring Nigerian grocery shoppers back, and the rules to watch.
The loyalty schemes that work for Nigerian supermarkets are simple: a phone-number-based reward that customers understand at the till, a WhatsApp list for offers, and reliable stock on the items regulars buy. Avoid prize draws unless you understand the lottery rules, and make every reward's terms clear in writing.
Grocery shoppers are loyal to convenience, stock and trust more than to points. A customer who can always find their brand of baby formula, pay without stress and trust your prices will come back without a card. A loyalty scheme works on top of that, not instead of it. Before launching one, check that your best-selling lines are rarely out of stock and that your shelf and till prices match.
| Option | How it works | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone-number points | Customer gives a number at the till; points per naira spent | Most stores with a POS or till system | Cashier discipline; clear redemption rules |
| Stamp card | A stamp per visit above a minimum; reward after a set number | Small minimarts without software | Fraud and lost cards |
| WhatsApp broadcast list | Weekly offers and new stock sent to opted-in customers | Every store | Sending too often; data protection |
| Member prices | Lower price on selected lines for registered customers | Larger supermarkets | Both prices must be shown clearly |
| Bundles for regulars | Monthly staples pack at a set price | Payday shoppers | Margin on bundled lines |
| Prize draws | Entry with each purchase; winners drawn | Occasional campaigns | Lottery permit rules may apply |
Keep the rule short enough to say at the till in one sentence. For example: "Every ₦1,000 you spend earns 1 point. 100 points is ₦1,000 off your next shop." Then decide:
Example only. A supermarket's average margin is 18%. It gives ₦10 back for every ₦1,000 spent, a reward cost of 1% of sales. A customer spending ₦60,000 a month earns ₦600 back. If the scheme turns 200 occasional shoppers into regulars who each add ₦20,000 a month, the store gains ₦4,000,000 in sales, ₦720,000 in margin, and pays out ₦40,000 in rewards on that extra spend.
Under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, marketing must be accurate and not misleading (section 123), and terms that limit a consumer's rights must be brought to their attention before the transaction (section 128). Put reward terms in writing, at the till and on any WhatsApp sign-up message.
A raffle or prize draw tied to purchases can count as a lottery promotion. Under the National Lottery Act framework, a lottery permit is needed to run a lottery promo, applied for through the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, with the promo's rules, duration, draw dates and prizes. Take advice before running one; a points or stamp scheme with no element of chance avoids the issue.
A loyalty list is personal data. Collect only what you need (usually a name and phone number), tell customers what you will use it for, and let them leave. The guide to the Nigeria Data Protection Act covers the basics.
Most loyalty schemes in small stores fail at the till rather than in the design. If cashiers forget to ask for a phone number at busy times, customers stop expecting rewards and the scheme quietly dies. Make the ask part of every sale ("Would you like your points on this?"), print the balance on the receipt where your system allows it, and give staff a simple target, such as the share of receipts with a member number attached. Recognise the cashier who signs up the most new members each month. Redemption should be just as easy: a customer who has to wait for a manager to approve ₦1,000 off will not bother next time.
If repeat visits do not rise within three months, change the reward or drop the scheme and put the money into stock and service.
Spaces, Pryme's merchant network, supports grocery and retail. Customers who hold Loans on Spaces, lent by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank, can spend that credit only with Spaces merchants, so once a shopper is using Spaces with you, they have a reason to keep coming back rather than spreading their shop across the street. A supermarket joins by opening a Pryme Business Account; its Customer Support agent and Sales agent can prepare offer messages for a person to approve. For merchant fees and settlement terms, ask Pryme. Pair this with the ideas in festive stock planning.
Yes, if they are simple. A phone-number points scheme or a stamp card that a cashier can explain in one sentence works better than a complicated card.
Work it out from your margin. Many stores start with a small percentage of spend, then check whether repeat visits rise enough to cover it.
A prize draw tied to purchases can be a lottery promotion, which needs a permit through the National Lottery Regulatory Commission. Take advice first or use a points scheme instead.
Yes, to customers who have agreed to receive them. Tell them what you will send and let them opt out, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
