Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

What the customs paperwork looks like when you send papers from Canada to Nigeria, which form applies, and how to track a document envelope.
Papers with no monetary value sent by Canada Post letter-post need no customs documentation, according to Canada Post's customs page (checked October 2026); anything sent as a parcel or by a private courier needs a declaration, which for papers simply describes them as documents of no commercial value. Use a tracked service, keep the tracking number and the declaration copy, and tell the person collecting in Nigeria to have their ID ready.
Most Nigerians in Canada send papers home at some point: a signed power of attorney for a land matter, a notarised affidavit for a bank, a Canadian birth certificate for a family member processing something in Lagos, or originals that a Nigerian registry insists on seeing. The question is rarely whether it can be sent. It is which form goes on the envelope, what to write on it, and how to avoid the envelope sitting in a customs or sorting queue while a deadline passes.
Customs systems treat paper differently from goods. Canada Post's page on required customs documentation states that for letter-post (letters, postcards and similar items) carrying documents of no monetary value, "no customs documentation" is required. The same page says that for parcels and tracked packets a declaration is needed: a CN22 for items under CAN$500, and form 43-074-172 for items over CAN$500, while Xpresspost International uses form 43-074-244, which already includes the declaration.
In practice that means three situations:
The safest description is short and literal: "personal documents, no commercial value" or "signed legal papers, no commercial value". Vague words such as "gift" or "items" invite questions. If you include anything other than paper, such as a USB stick, a phone or clothing, the envelope is no longer a documents shipment and may be assessed as goods on arrival.
Paper of no commercial value is not normally what Nigeria Customs Service is looking for, but every incoming international item still passes through clearance before the local delivery leg. The courier or the Nigerian postal operator handles that step. Delays usually come from three things you can control: an unclear contents description, a recipient phone number that does not work, and an address that a local driver cannot find.
For anything you cannot replace quickly (a Canadian citizenship certificate, a passport, a court order with a wet seal), weigh the cost of a tracked express service against the cost of losing the paper. Many people send a certified or notarised copy instead and keep the original in Canada. Ask the receiving institution in Nigeria in writing whether a certified copy will do before you post an original.
| Option | Customs form | Tracking | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Canada Post letter-post | None for documents of no monetary value | Limited | Copies, non-urgent letters |
| Canada Post Xpresspost International | Form 43-074-244 (includes declaration) | Yes | Signed papers with a deadline |
| Private express courier | Courier's waybill description | Yes, door to door | Originals, urgent filings |
Prices and delivery estimates change and depend on the postal code; take them from the carrier's own quote page on the day you send. If the papers need legalisation or an apostille-type step first, do that before you book the courier. Our guide to sending original documents from Canada to Nigeria covers the paperwork side, and using a Canadian notary for Nigerian documents explains notarisation.
Some papers go to the Nigeria High Commission in Ottawa rather than to Nigeria. Its legalisation page (checked October 2026) says applications are by mail to 295 Metcalfe Street, Ottawa, with a self-addressed Canada Post Priority or Xpresspost return envelope, and that the signature option must be bought from Canada Post. Nigerian-issued documents must be authenticated in Nigeria before the High Commission will legalise them. That is a domestic Canada Post shipment, so no customs form applies.
If the papers are for a bank, a landlord or a family matter that also involves money, Pryme lets you hold naira alongside Canadian-dollar-linked balances in one multicurrency account and send to Nigerian accounts, with the rate and fee shown before you approve. Where someone in Nigeria needs a statement or receipt rather than a posted letter, Pryme can generate a verifiable statement through VerifyDoc.ai that the recipient can check is genuine and unaltered.
Not for ordinary letter-post carrying documents of no monetary value, according to Canada Post. Tracked parcels and express services use a form or waybill that includes a declaration; describe the contents as documents of no commercial value.
Something literal, such as "personal documents, no commercial value". Avoid "gift" or "items", and do not add non-paper items to a documents envelope.
Paper of no commercial value is not normally dutiable, but we could not confirm a current Nigeria Customs statement. Ask the carrier at booking whether any local charge can arise and who pays.
Often, yes. Ask the Nigerian institution in writing whether a certified or notarised copy is acceptable before you post an irreplaceable original.
