Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Moved back to Nigeria and selling the UK house? The 60-day HMRC return, how much relief your years in the home give, and the 90-day rule.
If you live in Nigeria and sell a home in the UK, you must report the sale to HMRC within 60 days of completion, even if no tax is due or you made a loss. Private Residence Relief can cover the years the house was your main home, plus the final 9 months, but tax years you spend abroad usually count against you unless you or your spouse spent at least 90 days in the property that year.
A common pattern: you lived in your own house in Manchester or Croydon for years, moved back to Lagos or Abuja, let the house or left it empty, and now want to sell. Many people assume that because it was their home there is nothing to report. For a seller who is no longer UK resident, there is always something to report, and the tax depends on how the years since you left are treated.
HMRC's guidance for non-residents says you must report every sale or disposal of UK property or land, even if you have no tax to pay, have made a loss, or are already registered for Self Assessment. For residential property the deadline is 60 days from completion, where completion was on or after 27 October 2021. Report and pay late and you may be charged interest and a penalty.
You report online through a Capital Gains Tax on UK property account, or on a paper form you complete online, print and post. HMRC then gives you a 14-character payment reference beginning with X. A relative or adviser can report for you if they have proof of authority, such as a lasting power of attorney.
Ask your UK conveyancer for the completion statement on the day of completion. The 60 days run from completion, not from when the money reaches you.
For non-residents, HMRC's standard approach for UK residential property is to use the market value at 5 April 2015 as the starting cost, so only growth since then is in scope. Two alternatives are allowed: time-apportioning the whole gain by the share of ownership after 5 April 2015, or working out the gain over the whole period of ownership, which HMRC says may only be worth considering if you made a loss. If you bought after April 2015, your actual purchase price is the starting point.
Private Residence Relief can cover all or part of the gain if the property was your residence. Under HMRC's HS283 helpsheet and GOV.UK's guidance:
The rule that catches people who have moved back is in sections 222B and 222C of the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992. A tax year counts as a non-qualifying year, in which the house is treated as not your residence, if neither you nor your spouse or civil partner was resident in the UK and the day count test was not met. The test is met if you spend at least 90 days in the year in the house, or in other UK houses you or your spouse have an interest in. Days need not be consecutive, a day counts if you are there at the end of it, and your spouse's days count as yours without being counted twice. Part years are pro-rated.
Example only, with simplified figures. Bisi bought her London flat in 2012. Its value at 5 April 2015 was £250,000. She lived in it until she moved to Lagos, let it out, and sold it for £340,000 with £6,000 of selling costs.
| Step | Figure |
|---|---|
| Sale price less selling costs (£340,000 − £6,000) | £334,000 |
| Less 5 April 2015 value | £250,000 |
| Gain in scope | £84,000 |
| Months from April 2015 to sale (assumed) | 143 |
| Qualifying months: lived there, plus final 9 (assumed) | 99 |
| Private Residence Relief (£84,000 × 99 ÷ 143) | £58,154 |
| Chargeable gain | £25,846 |
| Less annual exempt amount | £3,000 |
| Taxable gain | £22,846 |
| Tax at 18% / at 24% | £4,112.28 / £5,483.04 |
GOV.UK gives the 2026-27 rates as 18% and 24%, and the annual exempt amount as £3,000. Which rate applies depends on your taxable UK income for the year. HMRC's calculator works out the qualifying months and rate for your own dates, so use it rather than this sketch.
The UK-Nigeria double taxation convention lets each country tax gains under its own law (Article 13) and gives credit for tax paid in the other (Article 22). Whether, and how, Nigeria taxes a Nigerian resident on the sale of a foreign home under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 is not settled in the sources we checked, so ask a Nigerian tax adviser before you bring the money home. Our guide to the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 for the diaspora covers the wider changes, and this worked example shows how credit works when both countries tax a sale.
Sale proceeds can be received in pounds into a multicurrency account and held as pounds until you choose to convert with Swap, which shows the rate and fee before you approve. Keep the completion statement and HMRC payment reference together; a verifiable statement can help when a Nigerian bank asks where the money came from. This is information, not tax advice.
Yes. HMRC says non-residents must report every disposal of UK property or land within the deadline, even with no tax to pay or a loss.
From the completion date of the sale, for completions on or after 27 October 2021.
For the years it was your main home, and for the final 9 months. Tax years abroad in which neither you nor your spouse spent at least 90 days in the property are generally treated as non-qualifying.
Yes, if she has proof of authority such as a lasting power of attorney. She reports through her own account and must use the paper form for any changes.
