Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Register a business from Ado-Ekiti: CAC online steps and gazetted fees, NRS and EKIRS tax ID, and Ekiti premises and signage permits.
Register the business online with the CAC (₦1,000 name reservation plus ₦20,000 for a business name, per the May 2025 gazetted fees), register for tax with the NRS and EKIRS, then obtain Ekiti State permits: a business premises permit within 21 days of starting and a signage permit if you put up a sign.
Registering a business in Ado-Ekiti involves two separate systems. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registers the business itself, as a business name or a company, and this is done online wherever you are. Ekiti State then has its own permits for operating premises and putting up signs, handled by state agencies in Ado-Ekiti and paid through the Ekiti State Internal Revenue Service (EKIRS). Tax registration sits across both: the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS, formerly FIRS) for federal taxes such as company income tax and VAT, and EKIRS for personal income tax of sole traders and partners. This guide covers each step, with the fees that are officially published.
A business name suits a sole trader or partners who want a trading name; the owner remains personally liable for the debts. A private limited company is a separate legal person, which protects the owners' personal assets but brings more filings. Our national guide to registering a business name with CAC covers the difference in more depth.
Registration is done on the CAC's online portal. You search for and reserve a name, complete the form, upload the proprietor's or directors' identification and photograph, pay and submit. You do not need to visit a CAC office, although the CAC has a state office that can help with problems; confirm its current Ado-Ekiti address on the CAC website before going.
These are from the CAC's New Schedule of Fees published in the Federal Government Gazette on 29 May 2025.
| Item | Fee |
|---|---|
| Business name: name reservation | ₦1,000 |
| Business name: registration including certified true copy of documents | ₦20,000 |
| Business name: annual return | ₦5,000 |
| Company: name reservation | ₦1,000 |
| Company with share capital (small or private): incorporation | ₦10,000 for each ₦1 million of share capital or part of it |
| Company limited by guarantee: incorporation | ₦40,000 |
As a worked example, reserving a name and registering a business name costs ₦21,000 in official fees. Reserving a name and incorporating a small private company with ₦1 million of share capital costs ₦11,000 in CAC filing fees, though other filing or statutory charges may apply; the CAC portal shows the full amount before you pay. If you use an accredited agent, their professional fee is extra.
The CAC's service charter (May 2023) commits to a name search within four hours and registration of business names and companies within 24 hours, once documents are in order. Anyone can check a registration free on the CAC public search.
The NRS launched its Rev360 portal on 30 April 2026 to replace TaxPro Max for registration, filing and payment, according to a Templars client alert. New taxpayers register on the NRS self-service portal; existing profiles were migrated. Sole traders and partners pay personal income tax to the state where they live, so if you live in Ekiti you also register with EKIRS, whose portal links to online registration and accepts payment through its own platform, Remita and designated banks.
The Ekiti State Ministry of Trade and Investment's guidelines, dated 24 December 2024, say premises must be registered within 21 days of starting business. You collect the form from the Business Premises Registrar at the Ministry, Phase II, State Secretariat Complex, Ado-Ekiti; submit your ID, photograph, CAC certificate and an EKIRS tax clearance certificate; an officer inspects the premises; you pay through Remita or a bank into the state's IGR account and take the EKIRS e-receipt back to the Ministry; and the permit is issued, renewable yearly. The form is free; the permit fee depends on the size, nature and location of the business and is set in a schedule to the Ekiti State Board of Internal Revenue (First Amendment) Law, 2020.
If you put up a sign, the Ekiti State Signage and Advertisement Agency (EKSAA) at the Old Governor's Office, Oke-Ori-Omi, Ado-Ekiti, issues the permit. Its procedure, dated 20 April 2024, asks for an application letter, the form, a site plan, the property owner's consent, a tax clearance certificate, your CAC number and the payment e-receipt. The fee depends on business category and sign size and is renewed annually. Our guide to levies a shop pays in Ado-Ekiti covers these charges in more detail.
Once registered, a Pryme Business Account comes with a Finance agent and a Compliance agent that prepare work such as filing reminders; a person approves anything above a set ceiling, and actions are recorded. See also our overview of doing business in Ekiti State.
CAC fees are national: ₦1,000 for name reservation and ₦20,000 for registration including certified copies, per the May 2025 gazetted schedule. Agent fees, if you use one, are extra.
The CAC has state offices, but registration is done online and does not require a visit. Confirm the Ado-Ekiti office address on the CAC website before going.
