Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

How to build a cost per bag for sachet water, set a factory price that leaves room for distributors and shops, and give credit without losing cash.
Price sachet water from your cost per bag upwards: add film, bags, power, labour, treatment and a share of rent and equipment, then set a factory price that leaves the distributor and the shop enough margin to reach the street price. Give distributors credit only up to a written limit tied to what they take in a day or two, and review prices monthly when diesel and film costs move. In May 2026 the News Agency of Nigeria reported Lagos bags selling at ₦500 to ₦800, which is the retail end your price has to fit under.
Most sachet water factories set prices by copying the factory down the road. That works until diesel or film prices move and you discover you have been selling at a loss for a month. Your own cost per bag is the floor, and you should be able to recite it.
Split costs into two groups. Variable costs rise with every bag: sachet film, the outer nylon bag, packing labour if paid per bag, diesel or power for the filling line, and treatment consumables. Fixed costs stay roughly the same however many bags you make: rent, salaried staff, NAFDAC and other renewals, and a reserve for replacing the filling machine. Divide fixed costs by the bags you expect to sell in a month to get a per-bag share.
| Cost per bag | Example |
|---|---|
| Sachet film | ₦90 |
| Outer bag | ₦10 |
| Packing and loading labour (per-bag rate) | ₦25 |
| Diesel and power | ₦40 |
| Treatment consumables and maintenance | ₦15 |
| Fixed overheads: ₦900,000 a month ÷ 30,000 bags | ₦30 |
| Equipment replacement reserve | ₦20 |
| Total cost per bag | ₦230 |
If the factory sells to distributors at ₦330, it keeps ₦100 a bag, or ₦3,000,000 a month on 30,000 bags, before tax. A distributor who sells to shops at ₦400 earns ₦70 a bag to cover a vehicle, fuel and a driver. A shop selling at ₦500 earns ₦100 a bag. That ladder only works if the street price holds; if shops in your area sell at the lower end of the range NAN reported, everyone's margin is squeezed, and the factory's is usually squeezed first.
Check your break-even too: with ₦900,000 of fixed costs a month and ₦230 − ₦30 = ₦200 of variable cost per bag, each bag sold at ₦330 contributes ₦130 to fixed costs, so you need about 6,924 bags a month just to cover them. Our guide to break-even for small businesses explains the method.
A one-page agreement with each distributor avoids most disputes. It should cover the price per bag, the minimum daily or weekly order, who bears breakage after loading, the credit limit and when payment is due, and how much notice you give before a price change.
Tie each distributor's credit to what they actually take. Example: a distributor who loads 500 bags a day at ₦330 takes ₦165,000 of water daily. A two-day limit is ₦330,000. No new loading once the outstanding balance reaches the limit, whoever asks. Our credit sales policy guide covers deposits and late-payment rules.
A small discount for payment on loading costs less than chasing a debt. Example: ₦10 off a bag for payment before the van leaves costs ₦5,000 a day on 500 bags, but frees ₦330,000 of credit and the time spent collecting it.
Agree in advance what happens to leaking or burst bags. A common approach is that the factory replaces bags that leak because of a sealing fault if they are returned within a set number of days, while damage after loading is the distributor's loss. Record every return with the batch number. A rising return rate on one batch points to a sealing or film problem on your line, which is cheaper to fix early than to keep replacing.
Inflation has been easing but prices still rise. The National Bureau of Statistics put headline inflation at 14.63 per cent year on year in September 2026, down from 15.39 per cent in August, according to Voice of Nigeria. Check the NBS website for the latest release. Recalculate your cost per bag every month from your latest film, diesel and wage figures. When the floor moves, give distributors written notice of the new price rather than cutting quality or bag size quietly.
On regulation, Lagos State's single-use plastics ban, enforced from July 2025, does not cover sachet water according to the Commissioner's announcement reported by AllAfrica, but rules change; keep an eye on your state environment ministry.
If you have not registered yet, start with NAFDAC registration and setup costs.
With a Pryme Business Account you can give each distributor its own virtual account number, so payments land already labelled, and the Sales agent can prepare a daily list of balances near their limit for you to act on.
The News Agency of Nigeria reported ₦500 to ₦800 a bag in Lagos in May 2026. Prices vary by area and brand, so check what shops near you charge.
Add the variable costs per bag (film, outer bag, power, per-bag labour, treatment) to a share of fixed costs (monthly rent, salaries and reserves divided by bags sold).
Only up to a written limit tied to their daily volume, and stop loading when the limit is reached. A small discount for payment on loading often costs less than credit.
The Lagos announcement reported by AllAfrica in May 2025 said sachet water and PET bottles were not covered. Check the Lagos environment ministry for any later change.
