Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Changed your address, name or next of kin since moving to the UK? How to update your RSA records with your PFA, and why data recapture comes first.
Contact your Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) directly, because PFAs, not PenCom, hold and change your Retirement Savings Account records. If you opened your RSA on or before 1 July 2019, PenCom requires data recapture first: without it you cannot transfer your RSA, take benefits at retirement, or change your next of kin. You will need your RSA PIN, a valid ID and your NIN, and you should ask your PFA which steps it can take remotely from the UK.
Many Nigerians who moved to the UK left behind a Retirement Savings Account built up from years of contributions. The money keeps growing, but the record attached to it often goes stale: an old phone number, a Lagos address, a maiden name, a next of kin who has since changed. Stale records are the main reason people abroad later struggle to reach the money. This guide explains who holds the record, what PenCom requires, and how to work through it from the UK.
Under the Contributory Pension Scheme, your RSA sits with a licensed Pension Fund Administrator that you chose (or that your employer chose for you). The PFA keeps your personal data, issues statements and processes changes. PenCom, the National Pension Commission, regulates the PFAs and publishes the list of licensed operators on its website; it does not edit individual records. So the first step is always to find your PFA's customer service channel. If you do not remember which PFA you are with, your old payslips, an RSA statement, or the RSA PIN on any old letter will show it. For how the system fits together, see how Nigeria's RSA pension system works.
PenCom directed RSA holders enrolled on or before 1 July 2019 to complete a data recapture exercise run by the PFAs. According to ThisDay's report of PenCom's guidance (29 January 2024), the consequences of skipping it are significant:
Recapture exists because biometrics were not captured when the scheme started; PenCom's Enhanced Contribution Registration System, introduced in July 2019, now ties each contributor to the NIMC database. That is why a NIN is compulsory: the report quotes PenCom saying an RSA holder must possess a NIN to be recaptured. If you do not have one, NIMC enrols Nigerians abroad through approved centres; see NIN enrolment abroad.
| You are | Documents in PenCom's list |
|---|---|
| Active contributor | Staff ID card or any valid means of identification; NIMC enrolment slip; birth certificate or sworn affidavit of age declaration |
| Retiree | Any valid ID; NIMC enrolment slip; letter of retirement from employer |
| Changing your name | Marriage certificate if applicable; newspaper publication of the name change; sworn affidavit; confirmation letter from employer if still employed |
The report says PFAs issue an acknowledgement slip on complete submission, and that recapture status is sent by text message within five working days. Make sure the phone number on file is one you can still receive messages on, or ask the PFA to confirm by email.
The PenCom guidance quoted in the report says active contributors must visit their PFAs, and it does not describe a remote route. In practice the answer depends on your PFA, so ask directly whether it offers any of these:
If you are already drawing a pension, two further items apply. The Nigeria High Commission in London issues a Pensioners Attestation Letter for Nigerians receiving pensions in Nigeria, requiring proof of leaving service, a copy of your Nigerian passport, two photos and proof of UK address, at £45 in total (£20 administrative charge plus £25 processing) by postal order. And PenCom has issued a circular on annual 'I am Alive' verification for retirees on monthly pension, effective 1 December 2026, which allows digital verification through PFA apps or portals, including video calls for those with mobility issues. Check with your PFA how it is applying that to retirees abroad. The circular also states that neither PenCom nor PFAs will ask for your ATM card PIN or charge money for verification, which is a useful test if someone contacts you about it.
If you want to know what you can withdraw while living abroad, read accessing a Nigerian RSA from the UK. This article is information, not pension advice.
When pension money is eventually paid, it is paid in naira to a Nigerian account in your name. A Pryme Personal Account can be opened from the UK and holds naira and pounds side by side, so a payment can arrive in naira and you can choose when to convert with Swap, seeing the rate and fee before you approve.
It depends on your PFA. PenCom's recapture guidance says contributors should visit their PFAs, so ask your PFA whether it accepts online updates or certified documents from abroad.
PenCom has said those enrolled on or before 1 July 2019 who are not recaptured cannot transfer their RSA, cannot access benefits at retirement, and cannot change their next of kin.
Yes for recapture. PenCom says an RSA holder must have a NIN to be recaptured.
Check an old payslip, RSA statement or letter showing your RSA PIN, or ask your former employer's HR. PenCom lists all licensed PFAs on its website.
