What AI agents can do in bookkeeping, close, collections and compliance today, where a person must stay in charge, and how to judge a product.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

What happens to an MTN line you stop using, the 180-day point MTN mentions, how to reclaim it with a SIM replacement, and the Welcome Back offer.
MTN's Keep My Number page says prepaid lines that stay inactive for more than 180 days can be disconnected and recycled to someone else. If your number has not yet been reassigned, you reclaim it through a SIM replacement at an MTN store: buy a new SIM, fill the SIM Replacement (Welcome Back) form and present your NIN. MTN separately runs a Welcome Back Recharge Offer for returning dormant customers via *161*PIN#.
People leave MTN lines idle for many reasons: travel, a second phone, a lost SIM, or a switch to another network. Months later they need the number back because it is tied to a bank account, a BVN record or old contacts. Whether you can recover it depends on how long it has been inactive and whether MTN has already reassigned it.
MTN's Keep My Number page describes the service as a way to keep your number if you travel or 'stay inactive/dormant for more than 180days', and lists the benefit as preventing your number from being 'disconnected or re-cycled'. It also states that if a Keep My Number subscription expires and is not renewed, the number will be disconnected and recycled.
MTN's pages that we opened do not give a full step-by-step timeline, such as when outgoing calls stop or exactly when a number goes back into the pool. Treat 180 days of no activity as the point of real risk, and act sooner if the number matters to you.
Recovery uses MTN's SIM swap process, from its SIM swap page:
The line must be registered, and MTN matches it to the NIN on record. If the line was registered to someone else, that person may need to apply. If you are outside Nigeria, MTN has a proxy route with an affidavit, proof of ownership and a signed letter; see MTN SIM swap requirements.
Once a recycled number is active for a new customer, it belongs to them. Ask the store to confirm the status. Then update the number wherever it is linked: your bank (to keep alerts and OTPs coming to you), your BVN record, and any app accounts. Do this quickly, because codes sent to the old number now reach someone else.
MTN's help page describes an offer profiled for customers who have been dormant. Eligible customers recharge with *161*PIN# using a card from ₦50 to ₦1,500 and get the recharge converted into a voice bonus of 7 times and a data bonus of 3 times the face value.
| Recharge | Voice bonus | Data bonus | Validity |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₦50 | ₦350 | ₦150 | 14 days |
| ₦100 | ₦700 | ₦300 | 14 days |
| ₦150 | ₦1,050 | ₦450 | 30 days |
MTN lists the voice bonus as depleting at ₦49.80 a minute and the data bonus at ₦10 per MB, so a ₦700 voice bonus is about 14 minutes of national calls (₦700 ÷ ₦49.80 = 14.06). The bonus cannot be used for international calls, roaming, value-added services, Share and Sell or data gifting. MTN says the promotion runs for 90 days for eligible customers, and if you are not eligible, a *161*PIN# recharge still gives you the face value.
Example only: if you are eligible and recharge ₦100 with *161*PIN#, you get ₦700 of voice bonus and ₦300 of data bonus for 14 days. At MTN's stated depletion of ₦10 per MB, the data bonus is about 30MB (₦300 ÷ ₦10), which is enough for messages but not for video. A ₦150 card moves validity to 30 days and adds ₦1,050 voice and ₦450 data (about 45MB), so it may suit you better if you need the line to stay active for a month.
A Personal Assistant can set a reminder to recharge an idle line before it reaches the risk point, and you can top it up from the Pryme app with airtime top-ups. Pryme sign-ins use an authenticator app instead of SMS codes, which helps if a phone number changes; see security. If someone else may have taken over your number, read SIM swap fraud warning signs.
MTN's Keep My Number page refers to lines inactive or dormant for more than 180 days and says unprotected numbers can be disconnected and recycled. MTN does not give a fuller timeline on that page.
Go to an MTN store with your NIN, buy a new SIM, fill the SIM Replacement (Welcome Back) form and answer the verification questions. It works only if the number has not been reassigned.
The Welcome Back Recharge Offer uses *161*PIN# for eligible dormant customers, with cards of ₦50 to ₦1,500. It is a bonus offer, not a way to restore a disconnected line.
Subscribe to Keep My Number with *365# or by texting KMN1, KMN2 or KMN3 to 36500. MTN lists ₦3,500, ₦5,000 and ₦7,500 for one, two and three years.
