Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Sold a car you left in Nigeria? How to take payment so the sale is provable, the documents to keep, and how to convert the naira and move it to the UK.
Take payment by bank transfer into a naira account in your name, not cash, and keep a signed sale agreement, the vehicle papers you handed over and the change-of-ownership record. Those documents, plus the Nigerian statement, are what a UK bank will ask for when the money arrives. Then convert the naira through your bank or a regulated provider, comparing the rate with the official rate and the fee separately.
A car sale is a one-off sum, often large, arriving from a country your UK bank may treat as higher risk. When it lands, the bank will want to see that you owned the car, that you sold it, and that the buyer paid you. United Trust Bank's source-of-funds guidance, typical of UK banks, lists sale agreements and bank statements among the documents it asks for. Get these right at the point of sale and the UK end takes minutes.
| Document | Why you need it |
|---|---|
| Sale agreement | Names buyer and seller, the vehicle (make, model, chassis and plate numbers), the price, date and how payment was made; signed by both |
| Copies of the vehicle papers | Proof of ownership, licence and customs papers for imported cars, showing the car was yours to sell |
| Change-of-ownership record | Shows the car left your name; the buyer will need your details, and NIN is required for vehicle change of ownership under the 2017 NIN regulations |
| Buyer's payment | The credit on your Nigerian statement, matching the agreement |
| Your authority to a representative | If a relative handled the sale, a signed letter or power of attorney showing they acted for you |
If a relative is showing the car and handing over keys, agree in writing that the buyer pays into your account directly. Money routed through a relative's account is harder to explain later.
The Nigeria library's guide to confirming payment before handing over goods covers fake alerts in detail.
Some buyers offer a deposit now and the balance later. If you agree, write the schedule into the sale agreement, keep the papers until the final payment clears, and log each credit against the agreement. A UK bank looking at three separate credits will want to see they add up to the agreed price.
With the money in your naira account, you can keep part for costs at home and convert the rest. Since 1 June 2026 the CBN's FX Manual has simplified outward transfers from self-funded domiciliary accounts: Pavestones' summary says Form A is no longer required and direct transfers of up to US$10,000 a day can be made. TheCable's summary adds that no source-of-funds disclosure is needed to open or fund a domiciliary account. Ask your bank how it handles converting a naira sum into its domiciliary account and remitting it. Alternatively, a regulated provider can convert naira and pay a UK account; our guide to moving naira savings out legally compares both.
Example only. Segun sells the car he left in Ibadan for ₦12,500,000. The buyer pays into his naira account with the reference "Camry sale". He signs the sale agreement by scan and courier, his sister hands over the papers once he confirms the credit in his app, and he converts ₦12,000,000, keeping ₦500,000 for his mother. At about ₦1,782 to the pound (late October 2026 indicative rate), ₦12,000,000 is roughly £6,735 before fees and margin; check the actual rate and fee on the day. His UK bank asks about the credit and he sends one PDF with the agreement, papers and statement.
Whether selling a car in Nigeria has UK tax consequences depends on your residence status and how the car was used; a car bought to resell or used in a business is a different case from a family car. GOV.UK's guidance on tax on foreign income is the place to start, and an adviser can confirm. This is information, not tax advice.
A Pryme account gives you naira account details for the buyer's payment and a GBP balance in the same app, with Swap showing the rate and fee before you approve. You can also generate a verifiable receipt or statement through Pryme's partner VerifyDoc.ai to support the sale record. Naira deposits are held by a licensed Nigerian microfinance bank, regulated by the CBN and insured by the NDIC up to the applicable limit.
Have the buyer pay into a naira account in your name, keep the sale agreement and papers, then convert and send through your bank or a regulated provider.
Often, for larger sums. A signed sale agreement, the vehicle papers and the Nigerian statement showing the buyer's payment usually answer it.
Yes, with written authority from you, but ask the buyer to pay into your own account and keep the authority with the sale documents.
Not for outward remittances from a self-funded domiciliary account under the 2026 FX Manual, per Pavestones' summary. Ask your bank how it converts naira into that account.
