Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Moniepoint Fixed runs 1, 3, 6 or 12 months with no top-ups; Target allows a partial withdrawal. What breaking either costs, and what to check.
Moniepoint's support centre says personal Fixed savings run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, cannot be topped up, and forfeit interest if withdrawn early. Target savings let you withdraw up to 50% before the target date, losing the interest on that part, while breaking the whole plan forfeits interest; at maturity Moniepoint pays principal plus interest after withholding 10% tax.
Moniepoint's support centre lists the personal savings plans as Flexible, Locked and Fixed, alongside Target savings and Save As You Transact (shown as SAYT V2), which is available on both personal and business accounts. Each has its own rule for getting money out before the end date. Moniepoint's website footer says Moniepoint Microfinance Bank Limited is authorised and regulated by the CBN and that deposits are insured by the NDIC.
| Plan | Lock period | Top-ups | Early exit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed | 1, 3, 6 or 12 months | Not allowed | Allowed; interest is forfeited |
| Target | Runs to a target date you set | Allowed (personal top-up limit shown as 10M) | Up to 50% partial withdrawal, losing interest on that part; breaking forfeits interest |
| Locked | Set when created | Check the app | Breaking is possible; proceeds credited within 48 hours (interest treatment shown in app) |
| Flexible | None | Allowed | Cancelling forfeits accrued interest |
All of these come from Moniepoint's savings support pages as checked in October 2026. The pages do not state minimum amounts, so the minimum is whatever the app shows when you create a plan.
Fixed savings is a lump-sum plan. You choose a tenor of one, three, six or twelve months and deposit the whole amount at the start. You cannot add to it later; if you want to save more, you open another plan. Moniepoint says early withdrawal forfeits interest, so the cost of changing your mind is everything the plan has earned up to that point.
Example only, using an invented rate of 12% a year. Halima fixes ₦400,000 for six months. Simple interest for half a year is ₦400,000 × 12% × 6 ÷ 12 = ₦24,000. Withholding tax at 10% is ₦2,400, so at maturity she receives ₦421,600. If she withdraws after four months, she forfeits the interest and receives ₦400,000. Choosing the three-month tenor and renewing would have given her an exit point at month three without losing anything.
Target savings works differently because it is built around a goal and regular deposits. Moniepoint says you may take out up to 50% of the balance before the target date, and only the interest on the withdrawn part is forfeited. Break the plan entirely and all interest is lost. When the plan reaches maturity, principal and interest are credited after 10% tax is withheld.
Example only. Emeka's Target plan holds ₦600,000, of which ₦30,000 is accrued interest. He needs ₦200,000 urgently. That is a third of his balance, within the 50% allowed. If the interest is shared in proportion to the balance, he gives up about ₦30,000 × 200,000 ÷ 600,000 = ₦10,000 of interest and keeps the rest of the plan running. Breaking the whole plan would have cost all ₦30,000. Moniepoint does not publish the exact formula, so the app's confirmation screen is the figure to rely on.
Locked and Flexible sit at opposite ends. A Flexible plan lets you add and withdraw freely, but Moniepoint says cancelling it forfeits the interest accrued, so treat it as somewhere to park money rather than a place to dip into and close repeatedly. A Locked plan is designed to keep you from spending; Moniepoint's pages say that when a Locked plan is broken, the money is credited within 48 hours, so it is not instant cash in an emergency. If you know you may need money at short notice, keep it in your main account or a Flexible plan and use Fixed or Locked only for sums with a set purpose and date.
Moniepoint's support pages note that you can opt out of interest on savings. That matters to savers who prefer not to earn interest for religious or personal reasons; the plan then works as a discipline tool only. If this is your reason for choosing a plan, our guide to interest-free savings in Nigeria compares the options.
For a broader view of lock-in products, read locked savings in Nigeria: do they stop you spending? and our companion piece on how Moniepoint sets and shows its savings rate.
Keep records as you go. Each time you open, top up or break a plan, Moniepoint's app shows a confirmation; a screenshot gives you the date, amount and rate if you ever need to query an interest payment. Moniepoint's support centre also lets you export an account history as Excel or PDF, which is useful when you want to see the savings movements alongside your main account over a full year.
Pryme's naira Savings Boxes separate Flexible money from Fixed money, with each Box's rate and terms shown before you commit.

Moniepoint's support pages do not state a minimum. The app shows it when you create the plan.
