What AI agents can do in bookkeeping, close, collections and compliance today, where a person must stay in charge, and how to judge a product.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Eva waits for your rate and asks before she moves anything.
No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Dollars, pounds and euros beside a Naira account, on one ledger and one set of books. Five agents come with it and run the account — nothing leaves without your signature.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

What Keystone Bank publishes about card, account maintenance and dollar account fees, the CBN caps that apply, and the ₦50 stamp duty on transfers.
Keystone Bank publishes card prices of 1,075 including VAT for its naira Mastercard and Verve cards, a maintenance fee of ₦1 per ₦1,000 debited on personal current accounts, and a 0.05% cash withdrawal fee plus a $25 telex charge on domiciliary accounts. It does not publish its transfer or SMS alert fee on the pages we read, so the CBN Guide to Charges applies as the ceiling: ₦10, ₦25 or ₦50 per interbank e-transfer by amount under the 2020 guide, with SMS alerts at cost recovery. Since 1 January 2026 the sender also pays a ₦50 stamp duty on transfers of ₦10,000 or more.
Bank charges in Nigeria come from two places: what the bank sets, and the ceilings the CBN allows. This guide separates the two for Keystone Bank. The Keystone figures come from its own product pages as read in October 2026; the caps come from the CBN's Guide to Charges in force since 1 January 2020.
| Item | Keystone figure | Where it is stated |
|---|---|---|
| Naira Mastercard or Verve debit card | 1,075 VAT inclusive, valid 3 years | Card services page |
| Visa Classic debit (USD, GBP, EUR) | Joining $3.28; annual $10; cash withdrawal $4 | Card services page |
| Visa naira credit card late payment | ₦2,000 if the 15% minimum is not paid | Card services page |
| Personal current account maintenance | ₦1 per ₦1,000 debit transaction | Accounts page |
| Quick Save, Quick Save Plus, Savings Account Xtra | No monthly maintenance fee | Accounts page |
| Domiciliary account cash withdrawal | 0.05% of the amount withdrawn | Accounts page |
| Domiciliary telex charge | $25 or GBP/EUR equivalent | Accounts page |
The ₦1,075 card price matches ₦1,000 plus 7.5% VAT. Keystone's Evolve account for students and corps members gives 50% off the first debit card.
Keystone's USSD and Keymobile pages do not state a transfer fee. Under the CBN's 2020 Guide to Charges, an electronic transfer to another bank may cost at most:
The same guide says USSD transfers attract the prevailing NIP charges. A CBN exposure draft dated 21 April 2026, reported by TechCabal, proposes making transfers up to ₦5,000 free, ₦10 from ₦5,000 to ₦50,000 and a ₦50 cap above that. As at October 2026 no effective date had been published, so the 2020 caps remain the reference until the CBN says otherwise. VAT at 7.5% is added to bank fees.
From 1 January 2026, under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, the old ₦50 Electronic Money Transfer Levy on the receiver was replaced by a ₦50 stamp duty deducted from the sender on electronic transfers of ₦10,000 or more, as reported by Techeconomy. Transfers below ₦10,000 and salary payments are exempt. Our stamp duty guide has the detail.
Example, assuming Keystone charges the CBN maximum: you send ₦60,000 from Keystone to another bank. Transfer fee ₦50, VAT on the fee ₦3.75 (7.5% of ₦50), stamp duty ₦50. Total cost ₦103.75, so ₦60,103.75 leaves your account. Check your debit alert for the real charge.
Keystone's dollar, pound and euro Visa Classic debit card sits on a domiciliary account, with a $3.28 joining fee, a $10 annual fee and a $4 cash withdrawal fee. The CBN's 2020 guide also sets $10 a year as the maintenance ceiling for foreign-currency cards, so Keystone's annual fee sits at that ceiling. Spending limits on this card are available on request, according to Keystone, so ask before you travel. For naira cards, Keystone lists daily limits of ₦150,000 at ATMs, ₦2,000,000 at POS and ₦1,000,000 online; whether a naira card can be used for international payments at a given time depends on the bank's current policy, so confirm with the contact centre.
The CBN guide allows SMS alerts on a cost-recovery basis, meaning the bank passes on what the telecoms network charges it, not a profit margin. Keystone does not publish its per-message figure on the pages we read. Look for the alert charge line on your statement, or ask the contact centre. Email alerts, which Keystone offers on its accounts, can cut this cost.
Keystone's ₦1 per ₦1,000 maintenance fee on current accounts is what the CBN calls a current account maintenance fee (CAMF). The 2026 exposure draft proposes capping CAMF at ₦0.5 per mille in 2026 and abolishing it in 2027; until a final guide is issued, check your statement. The 2020 guide also says account closure and reactivation of a dormant account are free, and monthly statements are free, with specially requested printed statements at up to ₦20 a page.
If you compare accounts on cost, look at the full line of charges, not only the transfer fee. Pryme shows fees on their own line before you approve a payment; see sending money. For the CBN ceilings in one place, read our Guide to Charges summary, and for Keystone's channel caps, Keystone transfer limits.
Keystone does not publish a transfer fee on the pages we read. The CBN's 2020 caps are ₦10 up to ₦5,000, ₦25 from ₦5,001 to ₦50,000 and ₦50 above, plus VAT, and a ₦50 stamp duty on transfers of ₦10,000 or more.
Keystone lists its naira Mastercard and Verve debit cards at 1,075 including VAT, each valid for three years.
Keystone does not publish the figure on its product pages. The CBN allows SMS alerts at cost recovery only. Check your statement or ask the contact centre.
That is the maintenance fee Keystone states for personal current accounts. Savings products such as Quick Save have no monthly maintenance fee.

Keystone Bank's published phone lines, email, head office and social accounts, plus the order to escalate a complaint up to the CBN.
Documents, opening balance and fees for Keystone Bank's Domiciliary, Domiciliary Lite and Diaspora Current accounts, compared side by side.
The CBN removed Keystone Bank's board in January 2024 and a court passed its shares to the Federal Government in 2025. What that means for depositors.
