Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Whether Italian succession tax applies when you inherit a house or land in Nigeria, what decides it, and the IVIE and quadro RW reporting that follows.
Italian succession tax depends on where the person who died was resident, not where the heir lives. If your parent was resident in Nigeria, Italian succession tax reaches only assets located in Italy, so a Nigerian house is outside it; if the deceased was resident in Italy, worldwide assets are in scope, with 4% above a €1,000,000 allowance per heir for a spouse or child. Either way, once you own the property as an Italian tax resident, it goes in quadro RW and IVIE generally applies.
When a parent dies in Nigeria and leaves a house or land, an heir living in Italy faces two separate sets of rules: Nigerian rules on getting the property into your name, and Italian rules on succession tax and on owning property abroad. This guide sets out the Italian side and how it connects to the Nigerian steps.
The Italian succession tax code (art. 2 of D.Lgs. 346/1990) sets the territorial rule. Fiscomania (updated 15 Apr 2026) summarises it as: if the deceased was resident in Italy, the tax applies to all assets and rights transferred, including those abroad; if the deceased was not resident in Italy, only assets located in Italy are taxed. In its words, what counts is the residence of the deceased and where the assets are, "non la residenza dell'erede".
| Situation | Nigerian house in Italian succession tax? |
|---|---|
| Parent lived in Nigeria, heir lives in Italy | No; only Italian assets are in scope |
| Parent lived in Italy, heir lives in Italy or Nigeria | Yes; worldwide assets are in scope |
| Parent lived in a third country | Only Italian assets are in scope in Italy; that country's rules also apply |
Residence for this purpose is a legal question. A parent who moved back to Nigeria but kept an Italian registered address, for example, may need a professional view.
The rates and allowances Fiscomania sets out are:
| Heir | Rate | Allowance per heir |
|---|---|---|
| Spouse, children and other direct line | 4% | €1,000,000 |
| Brothers and sisters | 6% | €100,000 |
| Other relatives to the 4th degree and in-laws | 6% | None |
| Others | 8% | None |
| Heir with a severe disability | Ordinary rate | €1,500,000 |
The declaration of succession is due within 12 months of the opening of the succession. Tax paid abroad on assets located there may be credited under art. 26 of the code in the cases it provides. Nigeria's tax treaty with Italy covers only air and shipping income (FIRS circular, 11 May 2022), so there is no treaty for inheritance.
A mother resident in Italy leaves her daughter a flat in Italy worth €180,000 and a house in Lagos worth €70,000. The daughter's share is €250,000, below the €1,000,000 allowance for a child, so no succession tax is due, but the Lagos house still has to be declared in the succession. If the mother had been resident in Nigeria, only the Italian flat would have been in scope.
In Nigeria, the property has to be transmitted to you: through probate if there is a will, or letters of administration if there is not, followed by registering the change of ownership. See letters of administration in Nigeria for the process. If you act from Italy, a power of attorney signed before an Italian notary is usual; our guide to a power of attorney for Nigerian property covers the legalisation.
On Nigerian tax, Bloomberg Tax (2 Feb 2026) explains that under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 inheritance is not a chargeable disposal, and the heir takes the property at its market value at the date of death. That value matters if you later sell: see bringing land sale proceeds to Italy.
Keep a full file: the death certificate, the grant of probate or letters of administration, the title documents now in your name, and any valuation at the date of death. Italian advisers, Nigerian buyers and Nigerian tax officials may all ask for the same papers in different years.
Once the house is yours and you are an Italian tax resident, it becomes a foreign property for Italian purposes. You declare it in quadro RW of the Redditi PF return, the section the Agenzia delle Entrate's instructions title "investimenti all'estero e/o attività estere di natura finanziaria - monitoraggio - IVIE/IVAFE". IVIE is generally due at 1.06% a year after the 2024 budget law, according to FiscoeTASSE (9 Jan 2024). For a non-EU country such as Nigeria the base is the cost shown in the deed or contracts, or the market value; how the base works for an inherited property is a point to settle with your commercialista. IVIE is not paid if the total due is €200 or less, and property taxes paid in Nigeria can be deducted.
The full calculation is in IVIE on a house in Nigeria, and the reporting in quadro RW for Nigerian assets. This is information, not tax or legal advice.
If the inherited property is let, rent can be paid into your Pryme NGN account details and kept in naira or converted with Swap; the app shows the rate and the fee before you approve. Verifiable statements through Pryme receipts with VerifyDoc.ai help when your commercialista needs a record of Nigerian income.
Only if the person who died was resident in Italy. If they were resident in Nigeria, Italian succession tax covers only assets located in Italy.
4% on the value above €1,000,000 per heir, for a spouse or child, according to the rates summarised by Fiscomania.
Yes, if you are an Italian tax resident: foreign property goes in quadro RW and IVIE is generally due each year.
Under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 inheritance is not a chargeable disposal; the heir takes the property at market value at the date of death.
