Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Rent, council tax, energy and bills in Manchester for a new arrival from Nigeria, with a worked monthly budget on the 2026 National Living Wage.
A single Nigerian newcomer renting a one-bed flat in Manchester should budget about £1,900 a month in this worked example, with rent at the ONS September 2026 average of £1,007. Sharing a two-bed brings it to about £1,396, which fits a full-time wage at the 2026 National Living Wage of £12.71 an hour.
Manchester is cheaper than London but no longer cheap. The ONS put the city's average private rent at £1,380 a month in September 2026, up 4.6% in a year, while the North West as a whole averaged £975. Rents in the region rose 5.7% over the year, among the fastest in England. For someone arriving from Nigeria on a work or study route, the first question is not the city average but what a one-bed or a room actually costs, and what is left after council tax and energy.
| Home size | Manchester average, Sept 2026 |
|---|---|
| One bedroom | £1,007 |
| Two bedrooms | £1,239 |
| Three bedrooms | £1,441 |
| Four or more | £2,024 |
| All properties | £1,380 |
These are averages of rents being paid, not asking prices for new lets, so a flat advertised today can cost more. Compare listings in the streets you are considering against these averages rather than relying on an area's reputation. Before you pay anything, read how a holding deposit works and what a landlord's right to rent check will ask for.
For 2026-27, Manchester's council tax for a home with two adults is £1,541.36 in Band A, £1,798.25 in Band B and £2,312.04 in Band D. Most rented flats are in the lower bands. If you live alone you get 25% off, so a Band A flat costs £1,156.02 a year, or £96.34 a month over twelve instalments. Housemates who are full-time students are disregarded when adults are counted, which can change the bill in a shared house; see our guide to the single person discount.
Ofgem's cap for 1 October to 31 December 2026 sets average direct-debit rates of 26.32p per kWh for electricity with a standing charge of 54.83p a day, and 7.97p per kWh for gas with a standing charge of 29.68p a day. The government has removed VAT from domestic electricity, which Ofgem says is reflected in this update. A small flat uses far less than Ofgem's typical household (£1,723 a year), so it is worth doing the sum yourself.
Your meter readings after the first two months will tell you whether your usage is higher or lower. If you move into a flat with a prepayment meter, read our note on prepayment meter rights.
From April 2026 the National Living Wage for workers aged 21 and over is £12.71 an hour. At 37.5 hours a week for 52 weeks that is £24,784.50 a year. Income Tax at 20% above the £12,570 Personal Allowance is £2,442.90, and employee National Insurance at 8% above the £1,048 monthly threshold is about £976.68. Take-home before pension is about £1,780.41 a month. A workplace pension at the 5% employee minimum on earnings above £6,240 would take about £77 a month more.
| Living alone (example) | Monthly | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Rent, one-bed flat | £1,007.00 | ONS Manchester 1-bed, Sept 2026 |
| Council tax, Band A, 25% single discount | £96.34 | MHCLG: £1,541.36 less 25%, over 12 |
| Gas and electricity | £115.00 | Ofgem cap rates, example usage |
| TV licence | £15.00 | GOV.UK £180 a year |
| Water | £35.00 | Example allowance |
| Phone and broadband | £50.00 | Example allowance |
| Buses and trams | £80.00 | Example allowance |
| Food and toiletries | £300.00 | Example allowance |
| Clothes, church, going out | £100.00 | Example allowance |
| Money home to Nigeria | £100.00 | Example allowance |
| Total | £1,898.34 | Worked example |
Living alone on this wage leaves a gap of about £117.93 a month before pension. Sharing a two-bed changes the picture:
| Sharing a two-bed (example) | Monthly | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Half of a two-bed | £619.50 | ONS 2-bed £1,239 / 2 |
| Half of Band A council tax | £64.22 | £1,541.36 / 2, over 12 |
| Half of energy | £57.50 | Example usage, shared |
| Half of TV licence | £7.50 | £180 / 2 / 12 |
| Half of water | £17.50 | Example allowance |
| Phone and broadband | £50.00 | Example allowance |
| Buses and trams | £80.00 | Example allowance |
| Food and toiletries | £300.00 | Example allowance |
| Clothes, church, going out | £100.00 | Example allowance |
| Money home to Nigeria | £100.00 | Example allowance |
| Total | £1,396.22 | Worked example |
That leaves about £384.19 a month before pension for savings and emergencies. Bus and tram fares and caps in Greater Manchester change; check the current published fares for your route rather than relying on the allowance above.
If part of your wage goes to family in Nigeria, a Pryme account opened from the UK holds pounds and naira side by side. Swap shows the rate and fee before you approve, and Send pays Nigerian bank accounts. Outside Nigeria, Pryme's activities are carried out through regulated partners.
The ONS average for a one-bedroom home in Manchester was £1,007 a month in September 2026. New listings can be higher than this average of rents being paid.
On £12.71 an hour full-time, take-home is about £1,780 a month before pension. Living alone in a one-bed costs about £1,898 in this example; sharing a two-bed brings costs to about £1,396.
For 2026-27, Band A is £1,541.36 a year for two adults and Band B is £1,798.25. Living alone gives 25% off.
For rent, yes: £1,380 a month on average in Manchester against £2,338 in London in September 2026, according to the ONS.
