Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.

More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

A labelled six-week budget for 100 broilers in Nigeria: chicks, feed, drugs, mortality and what festive prices do to the profit.
In the worked example below, 100 broilers cost about ₦584,000 to raise for six weeks (chicks, feed, drugs and running costs) and return roughly ₦136,000 to ₦461,000 depending on losses and selling price. Feed is the biggest line: PAN put broiler feed at ₦20,000 to ₦22,000 per 25kg bag in February 2026, and that one figure decides most of your margin.
A batch of 100 broilers is the size many people start with in a spare room, a backyard pen or a corner of a compound. It is small enough to manage alone and large enough to show you whether the numbers work before you commit real money. The birds are bought as day-old chicks, brooded warm for the first two weeks, then fed broiler starter and finisher until they reach selling weight, which many farmers aim for at around six weeks.
The point of a 100-bird batch is to learn your own costs. Feed prices, chick prices and live-bird prices vary by state and month, so treat every figure below as an example you replace with quotes from your own hatchery, feed seller and buyers.
Two inputs carry sourced prices. In February 2026, Ahmed Alli, Vice Chairman of the Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN) in Ogun State, told Channels Television that broiler feed sold for ₦20,000 to ₦22,000 per 25kg bag and that broiler day-old chicks had risen from ₦500 in December 2023 to ₦1,700. He also said feed makes up 65 to 70 percent of a farmer's input costs. A March 2026 industry report in Zootecnica International described chick prices of around ₦1,800 to ₦3,000 in some cases, so expect a range.
Example only. Assumptions: chicks at ₦1,800, feed at ₦21,000 per 25kg bag, and about 4kg of feed eaten per bird over six weeks. Check the feed allowance against your hatchery's or feed mill's guide for your strain, because it is the assumption that changes the answer most.
| Cost line (example) | Working | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| 100 day-old chicks | 100 × ₦1,800 | ₦180,000 |
| Feed | 400kg = 16 bags × ₦21,000 | ₦336,000 |
| Vaccines, drugs, vitamins | vet shop pack | ₦25,000 |
| Wood shavings litter | ₦10,000 | |
| Brooding heat (charcoal or fuel) | ₦15,000 | |
| Water and power | ₦8,000 | |
| Transport (chicks in, birds out) | ₦10,000 | |
| Total running cost | ₦584,000 |
This leaves out drinkers, feeders and the pen itself, which you buy once and spread over many batches. In this example, drinkers and feeders for 100 birds cost about ₦40,000.
You pay for 100 chicks but sell only the birds that survive. With 5 percent mortality you sell 95, so each bird you sell has cost ₦584,000 ÷ 95 = about ₦6,150. That is your break-even live price before any profit.
| Scenario (example) | Birds sold | Price per bird | Sales | Profit over ₦584,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bad batch: 10% losses, weak market | 90 | ₦8,000 | ₦720,000 | ₦136,000 |
| Normal: 5% losses | 95 | ₦9,000 | ₦855,000 | ₦271,000 |
| Festive season: 5% losses | 95 | ₦11,000 | ₦1,045,000 | ₦461,000 |
The selling prices are examples, not quotes. Walk your nearest live-bird market or call two or three buyers a week before you plan to sell, and use what they actually pay.
Demand for live chicken rises around Christmas, New Year, Easter and Sallah, and many small farmers time a batch to finish in the week before. The catch is that thousands of other farmers do the same, so prices can soften at the very last moment, and chicks for a festive batch can be harder to get. Work backwards: if you want birds ready for 20 December, the chicks need to arrive about six weeks earlier, so book them with the hatchery well before that.
Holding birds past six weeks to wait for a better price is expensive. Bigger birds eat more each day, so every extra week adds a large feed bill without a matching rise in value. Line up buyers first.
If you are deciding between meat birds and egg birds, read broilers vs layers start-up costs, and for what goes wrong, why poultry farms fail.
A batch budget is easier to keep honest when farm money sits apart from household money. A Pryme Business Account lets you pay the feed seller and collect from buyers in one place, and you can generate a receipt or a verifiable statement through VerifyDoc.ai (receipts and statements) when a buyer or lender asks for proof of sales. A Naira Savings Box can hold the money for the next flock's chicks so it is not spent in between.
In our example it is about ₦584,000 in running costs for six weeks, plus about ₦40,000 for drinkers and feeders. Feed was ₦20,000 to ₦22,000 per 25kg bag in February 2026 (PAN), so get a current quote before you budget.
If each bird eats about 4kg over six weeks, 100 birds need around 400kg, which is 16 bags of 25kg. Your strain and management change this, so check the feed mill's guide.
It can be, but margins are thin. In our example, profit ranged from about ₦136,000 to ₦461,000 on ₦584,000 of costs, depending on losses and selling price.
Count back about six weeks from the date you want to sell, and book chicks with the hatchery well before that, because festive demand for chicks is high.
