Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Why remote workers in Nigeria need a primary connection and a backup, how to keep both powered, and a dated monthly cost example using published prices.
The most reliable remote-work setup in Nigeria is two independent connections: a primary (fibre where your street has it, or Starlink) and a 4G or 5G backup on a different network, both kept on a power backup. As at November 2025, Starlink's Residential plan was reported at ₦57,000 a month with a Standard Kit of about ₦590,000, though new residential orders were paused in parts of Lagos and Abuja. Prices change, so check each provider's own site before you buy.
For a remote worker, a dropped connection is not an inconvenience: it is a missed call with a client in another time zone. In Nigeria the two usual causes are a provider outage and a power cut that takes down the router. The answer is redundancy: two connections that fail for different reasons, and power that outlasts a typical outage. This guide sets out the options, how to choose, and what a setup costs per month using prices published in 2025 and 2026.
Where it reaches your building, fibre usually gives the lowest latency, which matters most for video calls. Coverage is street by street, so check the provider's coverage map and ask neighbours. NCC data reported by TechCabal shows FibreOne had 44,413 active subscribers at the end of 2025, one of the three largest ISPs. Fibre prices vary by speed and provider; get a written quote including installation.
Starlink works almost anywhere with a clear view of the sky, which makes it the default where fibre does not reach. TechCabal reported in November 2025 a Standard Kit at about ₦590,000 and a Residential plan at ₦57,000 a month, with a Mini kit at about ₦318,000 and a Roam plan at ₦38,000. It also reported that new Residential orders had been paused in Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Surulere, Lekki and parts of Abuja, with a refundable-deposit waitlist. In February 2026 TechCabal reported that only Priority (Business) plans, at ₦159,000 a month, were available to new customers in congested parts of Lagos.
Your backup should not share a failure point with your primary. If your primary is fibre, a mobile data router or MiFi on a strong local network is the usual backup. If your primary is Starlink, a mobile backup covers heavy rain and obstructions. Check signal at your desk, not just on the street: indoor coverage differs sharply between networks in the same area.
You do not need a large bundle for a backup you use only during outages. A mid-size monthly plan that you renew within its grace period is enough for most people. Airtel, for example, keeps unused data if you renew the same bundle within 7 days of a monthly plan expiring, according to its FAQ.
A router uses little power, so a small inverter or a router-specific UPS can run it for hours. A Starlink kit draws more than a fibre router, so size the backup accordingly using the wattage on the device. Put the router, the backup MiFi or router, and your laptop charger on the backup supply; a generator alone causes a drop each time it is switched on or off.
This example uses prices reported at the dates shown. It assumes Starlink Residential as primary, an Airtel 25GB monthly plan as backup (₦8,000 as at February 2025, per TechCabal), and the kit cost spread over 24 months.
| Item | Monthly cost |
|---|---|
| Starlink Residential (Nov 2025 report) | ₦57,000 |
| Starlink Standard Kit, ₦590,000 ÷ 24 months | ₦24,583 |
| Backup 4G, Airtel 25GB monthly (Feb 2025 report) | ₦8,000 |
| Total | ₦89,583 |
After the kit is paid off, the running cost in this example falls to ₦65,000 a month. With fibre as the primary instead, replace the Starlink lines with the fibre quote you receive. Prices in this table are dated and may have changed; the providers' own sites show today's figures.
A few settings make a backup work better. Give both connections the same Wi-Fi name and password only if your router supports automatic failover; otherwise use different names so you know which one you are on. Place the primary router centrally and off the floor. On video calls, close cloud backups and large downloads, which compete for upload speed. If calls still drop, a wired Ethernet connection from laptop to router removes Wi-Fi interference from the picture and tells you whether the fault lies with the provider or inside your home.
Many remote workers in Nigeria are paid in dollars, pounds or euros. A Pryme Personal Account holds NGN, USD, GBP and EUR with local account details for each, so client payments arrive in the currency sent, and you convert with Swap only when you choose (multicurrency account, Swap). You can also buy backup data from the app (airtime and data). See also home internet costs per month.
Two connections: fibre or Starlink as primary and a 4G or 5G backup on a different network, both on power backup. Test each at your desk before committing.
TechCabal reported ₦57,000 for Residential in November 2025 and ₦159,000 for Business (Priority) in February 2026. Check Starlink's site for today's price.
TechCabal reported in February 2026 that new Residential orders were blocked in Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki and Surulere, with only Priority plans available to new customers there.
As a backup, usually yes. As a primary, it depends on signal at your desk and your video-call load; run a speed test at your busiest hour.
