Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Which parts of a UK small business AI agents can run today, from VAT records to customer replies, and which decisions must stay with the owner.
AI agents can run much of the repeatable back office of a UK small business: keeping digital records for VAT and Making Tax Digital, chasing invoices, drafting proposals, answering customers from your own policies and tracking Companies House and HMRC dates. They work best inside a written mandate with a spending ceiling, and they should never sign returns, set prices or move money without a named person approving.
An AI agent is software that can read your business records, decide what the next step is and take that step using tools, such as drafting an email, categorising a bank transaction or preparing a payment for approval. That is different from a chatbot, which only answers questions, and from simple automation, which follows a fixed rule. The useful question for a UK owner is not whether an agent is clever, but whether you can predict where it stops.
For most small firms the work that suits agents is the work nobody enjoys: reconciling the bank feed, keeping VAT records in a form HMRC accepts, chasing a client who is 20 days late, replying to the fifth delivery question of the morning. These tasks are frequent, rule-based and recorded, which is exactly what an agent needs.
| Area | What an agent can do | What stays with you |
|---|---|---|
| Bookkeeping and VAT | Categorise transactions, match receipts, keep digital records, draft the VAT return figures | Approving and submitting the return |
| Income Tax (MTD) | Keep quarterly records ready for a sole trader or landlord | Choosing software, signing the final declaration |
| Late payment | Send reminders on a schedule, calculate statutory interest, log every contact | Deciding to charge interest or start a claim |
| Sales | Follow up leads, draft quotes from your price list, keep the pipeline current | Discounts and non-standard terms |
| Customer service | Answer from your refund and delivery policies, hand difficult cases to a person | Exceptions, complaints that need judgement |
| Compliance | Track confirmation statements, accounts, payroll and pension dates | Signing filings, legal interpretation |
A useful test: if you could write the task down as a checklist for a new junior employee, an agent can probably do most of it. If the task needs you to weigh a relationship, take a risk or interpret the law, it should arrive on your desk as a decision, with the evidence attached.
Agents fail in predictable ways, and a UK owner should plan for each of them rather than hope they do not happen.
The difference between a useful agent and a liability is the mandate. Before any agent touches live records, write down three things for each one: what it may do alone, what it may prepare but not send, and what must always come to a named person. Put a money figure on the ceiling where money is involved. For a small firm, sensible starting ceilings are low, for example supplier payments under £500 prepared automatically but released only by you, and no customer refunds outside the written policy.
Then decide who reviews the agent's work and how often. A weekly half hour reading what each agent did, what it refused and what it escalated is usually enough in the first months. Widen the mandate only when the record shows the agent has been reliable on the narrower one. Keep the audit trail: if HMRC, the ICO or a customer asks why something happened, you need to show who or what did it, on what basis, and who approved it.
This is an illustrative example, not a client result. A studio invoices around £35,000 a month, is VAT-registered and has two staff on payroll. Before agents, the owner spent Friday afternoons on bookkeeping and chasing. With agents set up, the finance agent reconciles the bank feed daily and drafts the quarterly VAT figures; the sales agent sends reminders at 7, 14 and 21 days past due; the compliance agent lists the confirmation statement, the annual accounts and the pension re-enrolment date with an owner against each.
The owner's Friday becomes a review of perhaps five decisions: whether to charge statutory interest to a slow client, whether to approve a supplier payment above £2,000, and whether to sign off the VAT figures. The time saved depends on how clean the records were to start with, and the owner remains legally responsible for every return.
A Pryme Business account comes with five agents: Chief of Staff, Finance, Sales, Customer Support and Compliance. The Chief of Staff reads across the other four and brings you only what needs a decision. Each agent works inside a mandate with a ceiling, every action goes on an audit trail, and no money moves without the approvals you set. The agents are built, trained and certified on Pryme Intelligence, the governed agentic operating system they run on. The account holds GBP alongside USD, EUR and NGN, and outside Nigeria Pryme works through regulated partners. For a broader view of finance tasks, read AI agents for business finance, or see whether agents pay their way in Are AI agents worth it for a UK small business?.
Yes. There is no general UK ban, but existing law applies: UK GDPR for personal data, consumer law for what you tell customers, and HMRC rules for records. You stay responsible for what the agent does.
Software can submit a return through HMRC's Making Tax Digital system, but the return is yours. A sensible set-up has the agent prepare the figures and a person approve the submission.
Most small firms do. An agent keeps records and prepares figures; an accountant gives advice, handles year-end accounts and tax planning, and can check what the agent produced.
Start with one area where records are already digital, usually bookkeeping or invoice chasing, write down the agent's limits, and review its work weekly before widening its scope.
