What AI agents can do in bookkeeping, close, collections and compliance today, where a person must stay in charge, and how to judge a product.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

A comparison listing puts the Polaris Bank naira fixed deposit minimum at ₦100,000. What else is known, what is not, and what to ask.
A nairaCompare listing for Polaris Bank's Naira Fixed Deposit, read in October 2026, gives a minimum investment and opening balance of ₦100,000 and lists the documents needed, but no tenors, rates or early-exit rule. Polaris's own digital channels page does not describe the product, so ask the YES Center or a branch for the tenor menu and the early-liquidation terms in writing.
Polaris Bank does not set out its fixed deposit terms on the pages of its own site that we could read in October 2026. Its digital channels page covers the VULTe app, the *833# code and online account opening, and lists contact lines, but no deposit products with figures. The fullest description we found is a product listing on nairaCompare, a comparison site:
The listing is undated and third-party, so treat the ₦100,000 minimum as the figure to confirm, not a guarantee. A separate nairaCompare guide, dated 2023, describes a Polaris Wise savings account with a ₦10,000 opening balance; that is a savings account, not a fixed deposit, and its terms should not be confused with the term product.
Nothing we could find states what Polaris does if you break a fixed deposit before maturity. Practices at Nigerian banks range from paying the principal with no interest, to paying a reduced share of the interest earned, to paying interest at a lower rate for the days held. Ask Polaris which applies to your booking and whether a charge is added.
Example only, with an assumed rate and rule. You book ₦400,000 for 90 days at 13% a year and need it back on day 45. Interest accrued by then is ₦6,410.96. If the rule forfeits all accrued interest you get ₦400,000; if it forfeits half you get ₦403,205.48. Knowing which rule applies tells you how much flexibility you are giving up. See breaking a fixed deposit early.
Small fixed deposits earn small sums, and the minimum is worth testing against what you would earn in a savings account.
| Example (assumed 12% a year, 90 days) | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Gross interest on ₦100,000 | ₦100,000 × 12% × 90 ÷ 365 | ₦2,958.90 |
| Withholding tax at an example 10% | ₦2,958.90 × 10% | ₦295.89 |
| Net interest | ₦2,958.90 − ₦295.89 | ₦2,663.01 |
| Gross interest on ₦2,000,000, same terms | ₦2,000,000 × 12% × 90 ÷ 365 | ₦59,178.08 |
At the minimum, three months' interest is a few thousand naira. That can still beat a current account that pays nothing, but the gap to a good savings account may be narrow. Larger sums are where fixed deposit pricing starts to matter, and where it is worth asking for a better rate; see how to negotiate a fixed deposit rate.
Because no tenor menu is published, ask Polaris to list what it will book, typically expressed in days. Then work backwards from the date you need the money. A deposit that matures a week before a known bill gives you a buffer if the proceeds arrive late; one that matures a week after forces you to break it or borrow.
At booking you also choose what happens at the end. You can take the principal and interest, roll over the principal and take the interest as income, or roll over both. Rolling both compounds the return, but each renewal is normally priced at the rate on offer that day, which could be lower. Ask whether Polaris sends a reminder before maturity and whether it will roll over automatically if you give no instruction. Our guide to fixed deposit rollover covers how to stop an unwanted renewal, and fixed deposit vs savings account helps if you are unsure locking money suits you at all.
Polaris was sold by the CBN and AMCON to Strategic Capital Investment Limited in 2022. In April 2026 the CBN dismissed a viral claim that Polaris was being liquidated as fake, and separately said Union, Keystone and Polaris could raise the required capital, remained under regulatory and judicial review, and that customers did not need to withdraw or close their accounts. Polaris is a deposit money bank; NDIC cover at such banks is ₦5,000,000 per depositor, with all your balances combined. See are fixed deposits NDIC-insured.
If ₦100,000 is more than you want to lock at once, a Pryme Fixed Savings Box lets you choose the amount and term, with the rate shown in the app before you commit.
A nairaCompare listing read in October 2026 gives ₦100,000 for the Naira Fixed Deposit. Polaris's own pages do not state it, so confirm with the bank.
The early-exit rule is not published. Ask Polaris in writing whether accrued interest is forfeited in full or part, and whether any charge applies.
The nairaCompare listing names a valid ID, a passport photo, a current utility bill for each signatory and address verification.
The CBN said in April 2026 that customers did not need to withdraw or close accounts. NDIC cover at deposit money banks is ₦5,000,000 per depositor.
