Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Withdrawals leave from Piggybank or Flex Naira to a bank account in your own name. The steps, minimums, timing and the ₦3m processing window.
To withdraw from PiggyVest, open Piggybank or Flex Naira, tap Withdraw and follow the prompts; the money can only go to a bank account in the same name as your PiggyVest account. PiggyVest's FAQ says withdrawals normally arrive instantly or in minutes, but amounts of ₦3 million and above take 3 working hours, Monday to Friday.
PiggyVest's FAQ says there are two wallets you withdraw from: Piggybank and Flex Naira. Everything else reaches your bank through one of them. Safelock pays into Flex Naira at maturity, a broken or completed Target goes to Flex, and Flex Dollar can be withdrawn in naira to Flex Naira. So the route to your bank is usually product, then Flex Naira, then bank.
| Rule | Piggybank | Flex Naira |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum | ₦3,000 | ₦2,000 |
| Maximum | No maximum | Not stated |
| How often | Once in 24 hours | Once every 10 hours |
| Cost | Free on free withdrawal dates; 3.5% otherwise | Free |
| Interest effect | None stated | Over 4 bank (or 6 Pocket) withdrawals in a month loses that month's interest |
All figures are from PiggyVest's FAQ, read in October 2026. A transfer from Piggybank into Flex Naira counts as a Piggybank withdrawal, so it uses up your 24-hour allowance and, outside a free date, attracts the 3.5% charge.
The FAQ says Piggybank withdrawals go out 'instantly' and Flex withdrawals reach your account 'in minutes'. The exception is size: withdrawals of ₦3 million and above take 3 working hours, Monday to Friday, to be credited. Withdrawals to Pocket are capped at ₦3 million, and anything above that is reversed to your PiggyVest account. PiggyVest's Terms of Use add a wider window, saying transfers generally occur within two business days of a request; that is the point at which to chase.
Example only. A ₦4,000,000 Safelock matures on Wednesday and lands in Flex Naira. You withdraw all of it to your bank at 10.00am. Because it is above ₦3 million, it falls into the 3-working-hour window, so you would expect it by early afternoon the same day. If instead you split it into ₦2,900,000 and ₦1,100,000 to go faster, the 10-hour rule means the second withdrawal cannot start until 8.00pm, and two bank withdrawals count towards the four-a-month limit for Flex interest. In this case one withdrawal is the cleaner choice.
For delays and app errors, see PiggyVest app not working or withdrawal pending. For the penalty rules in detail, see PiggyVest withdrawal days and penalty.
A withdrawal that bounces back to your PiggyVest balance is usually one of three things. The first is a destination problem: the bank account name does not match your PiggyVest name, or the account has been closed or restricted by your bank. The second is a limit: more than ₦3 million sent to Pocket is reversed by design, according to the FAQ. The third is timing: a second request inside the 24-hour Piggybank window or the 10-hour Flex window will not go through. In each case the money has not been lost; it is back in the wallet it came from.
If your withdrawal shows as successful on PiggyVest but your bank shows nothing after a reasonable time, ask PiggyVest for the transfer reference and give it to your bank. Keep a screenshot of the withdrawal confirmation. If the bank account named on your PiggyVest profile has since been closed, PiggyVest's Terms note that for account closures it may send a cheque to your address on record, so update your bank details before requesting a large payout.
Finally, plan big withdrawals around the calendar. A Piggybank payout on a fixed free date, such as 31 December, combined with a matured Safelock arriving in Flex the same week, can mean several separate withdrawals with the 24-hour and 10-hour gaps between them. Sketch the order on paper first so the money arrives when your bill is due, not a day after.
Flex Dollar is withdrawn either in naira, at the rate PiggyVest shows, into Flex Naira, or in dollars to a domiciliary account in your name. The steps and charges are in PiggyVest Flex Dollar explained.
If your withdrawal account is a Pryme account, PiggyVest pays to it like any other Nigerian bank account, and the money then sits in your naira balance, ready for Send, bills such as electricity or a Savings Box.
Open Piggybank or Flex Naira, tap Withdraw, enter the amount and confirm. It goes to the bank account in your own name on file.
PiggyVest's FAQ says instantly or in minutes, except ₦3m and above, which takes 3 working hours on weekdays. Its Terms allow up to two business days.
₦3,000 from Piggybank and ₦2,000 from Flex Naira.
You can request it, but the 3-working-hour window for ₦3m and above runs Monday to Friday, so large withdrawals made at the weekend arrive on a working day.

Piggybank is free to withdraw on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December or your own date. Outside them, 3.5% of the amount is charged.
