Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

Eva waits for your rate and asks before she moves anything.
No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

Shopify bills in dollars, Bumpa in naira, Selar suits digital products. Published fees, payment set-up and a naira worked example compared.
Shopify, Bumpa and Selar suit different sellers: Shopify is a global store builder priced in US dollars (Basic from US$19 a month on yearly billing as at October 2026), Bumpa is a Nigerian business app priced in naira (Starter ₦15,000 a quarter), and Selar is built mainly for digital products such as ebooks and courses. Compare the subscription, the payment gateway fee and how easily Nigerian customers can pay before you choose.
| Shopify | Bumpa | Selar | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Brands wanting a full website, themes and apps | Social-commerce sellers who sell on WhatsApp and Instagram and want orders, stock and a simple site in one app | Ebooks, courses, templates, coaching, event tickets |
| Subscription (as published, Oct 2026) | Basic US$19/month yearly or US$27 monthly; Grow US$54 or US$72; Advanced US$299 or US$399 | Starter ₦15,000 per quarter; Pro ₦30,000 per quarter; higher plans on request or shown in app | Not confirmed: Selar's pricing page did not display its fees when we checked |
| Currency billed | US dollars | Naira | Check in your Selar account |
| Payment gateway fee | Paid to whichever gateway you connect; Shopify adds 2% (Basic) to 0.2% (Plus) on third-party providers | Not stated on Bumpa's pricing page; check in app | Check in your Selar account |
| Naira checkout | Needs a gateway that supports naira; Shopify's Nigeria page does not name one | Accepts naira and US dollars | Check the currencies offered in your account |
Shopify is a store builder used worldwide. Its Nigeria pricing page, as at October 2026, lists Basic at US$19 a month on yearly billing or US$27 month to month, Grow at US$54 or US$72, Advanced at US$299 or US$399, and Plus from US$2,300. New stores were offered three days free, then US$1 a month for three months.
Two costs catch Nigerian sellers out. First, the subscription is in dollars, so it is charged to a card at whatever rate your bank applies on the day, and some naira cards limit international payments. Second, if you use a third-party payment provider rather than Shopify's own payments, Shopify adds its own fee on each sale: 2% on Basic, 1% on Grow, 0.6% on Advanced and 0.2% on Plus. That is on top of whatever the gateway charges. The Nigeria page did not mention naira, Paystack or Flutterwave, so check Shopify's app store for a gateway that supports naira for your store before you build.
Bumpa is built for Nigerian sellers who already sell through social media and want order recording, inventory, customer lists and a simple website in one app. Its pricing page, as at October 2026, shows Starter at ₦15,000 billed quarterly (about ₦5,000 a month) and Pro at ₦30,000 billed quarterly (about ₦10,000 a month), with Growth, Scale and Premium for larger businesses and up to 20% off for yearly billing. Pro adds staff accounts, bulk product editing, shipping settings and Facebook, TikTok and Google Analytics integrations.
Every plan includes an online payment gateway, and the page says payments are accepted in naira and US dollars, but it does not name the provider or the transaction fee. Ask Bumpa or check in the app before you compare total cost. Our guide to Bumpa fees covers it in more depth.
Selar is designed for selling digital products and services: ebooks, online courses, templates, presets, coaching sessions and tickets. Techpoint Africa reported in January 2025 that Selar paid out ₦9.8 billion to creators in 2024, up from about ₦4 billion in 2023, with 241,000 creators. Selar's pricing page did not display its fee when we checked in October 2026, so read the current charge in your account before you set prices. If you sell physical goods with delivery, Shopify or Bumpa is the closer fit; see selling ebooks and courses on Selar.
This is an example: 25 orders of ₦20,000 each in a month, paid by local card through a gateway charging Paystack's published Nigerian rate of 1.5% plus ₦100 per payment, capped at ₦2,000.
| Cost | Shopify Basic (monthly billing) | Bumpa Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | US$27, charged in dollars | about ₦10,000 (₦30,000 per quarter) |
| Gateway fee per order | ₦400 | Not published; check in app |
| Gateway fees for 25 orders | ₦10,000 | Check in app |
| Shopify third-party fee (2%) | ₦10,000 | none |
| Known naira costs | ₦20,000 plus US$27 | ₦10,000 plus gateway fees |
On these assumptions, Shopify's extra 2% alone equals the whole Bumpa Pro subscription. Shopify can still be the better choice if you need its themes, apps or international reach; the point is to count every line. For gateway storefronts priced per transaction, compare Paystack Storefront and Flutterwave Store.
Whichever store you use, the money ends up in a bank account. Pryme's bank-transfer checkout is free, and a Pryme Business Account holds NGN, USD, GBP and EUR, which helps if you pay a dollar subscription or sell abroad. For help running the store day to day, see AI agents for an online store.
Yes, Shopify has a Nigeria pricing page, but plans are billed in US dollars and you need a payment provider that accepts naira from your customers. Shopify adds 2% on Basic when you use a third-party provider.
As at October 2026 Bumpa's pricing page lists Starter at ₦15,000 per quarter (about ₦5,000 a month) and Pro at ₦30,000 per quarter (about ₦10,000 a month), with discounts on yearly plans.
Selar is designed mainly for digital products and services such as ebooks, courses and coaching. For physical goods with delivery, a store builder like Bumpa or Shopify fits better.
Count the subscription, gateway fees and any platform fee for your typical month. Flutterwave describes its Store as free, and Paystack's pricing page lists only transaction fees, which can suit very small sellers.
