Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She opens accounts, moves money, saves toward your goals and follows up. Nothing leaves your account without your approval.
Meet Eva, the assistant inside the Pryme app. She holds dollars, pounds, euros and Naira side by side, swaps at a locked rate, pays bills in any of them and sends anywhere, asking before anything moves.

We give you a limit to spend at the shops and services you already use — and an account that works on your month while you get on with it. Dollars, pounds and euros sit beside your Naira, and an assistant handles the running of it, asking you first every single time.
One global account for your money and business. Move across currencies, automate everyday operations and put AI agents to work — with you in control of every important decision.

BruceCareYour competitor down the road sells the same thing you sell. The difference is who walks in. We put money in people’s hands that can only be spent in businesses like yours — and then we point them at you.
You are not borrowing. You are selling to somebody who already has the money — and that money can only be spent with a business like yours.

No card, no OTP, nothing for the buyer to type in. They transfer from the bank app they already use, and the money lands in the same account your agents are running — already matched to the order, already in your books.
We give the buyer a one-time account number. They transfer to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in.

Resolved 4 conversations — two deliveries, one refund. The business has changed shape four times and never changed what it was rooted in. Each version was built out of what the last one could not do.
An online grocery store, built out of a faulty tab. Selling the food was the easy part — taking the money for it, and moving it, turned out to be the business.
A prepaid card. The first time the company issued rather than resold, and the first time it carried the obligations that come with holding somebody else’s money.
Solid Allianze acquired — an existing bank with an existing licence. The perimeter stopped being someone else’s to draw.
More than one currency on one balance, and the rebrand to Pryme. A Nigerian business could hold dollars without holding a second institution.
Accounts that do the work rather than only hold value. Five agents on the account, inside a policy you write — which is where the new mark starts.
Pryme is a financial technology company. It gives people and businesses in Nigeria one account that holds Naira alongside dollars, pounds and euros, and a set of agents that do the running of it — keeping the books, chasing what is owed, answering customers and paying bills. Nothing leaves an account without the owner’s approval.
Yes. A Pryme account holds Naira, US dollars, pounds sterling and euros side by side on one ledger, each with its own account details — a Nigerian account number, a US account number, a UK sort code and an IBAN for the euro area. You can swap between them at a rate you set, and every currency has its own statement.
Spaces is available in Nigeria. It gives a shopper money to spend that can only be spent with a participating business. The business is paid into its Naira account whether or not the shopper repays, because Pryme carries the credit. For the business it is free to join, there is nothing monthly, and the customer’s identity is never shown — only a reference and what it is worth.
Five agents come with the account. The Chief of Staff runs the week and keeps what is stuck moving. Finance watches the money and keeps the books as you trade. Compliance keeps the filings on time and screens what moves. Sales chases what you are owed. Customer Support answers your customers and follows up. Each has a job description, a budget and a ceiling you set, and each one proposes rather than acts — nothing leaves the account without your signature.
Pryme Pay takes payments on your own site or on a checkout page you control. The buyer is given a one-time account number and transfers to it from any bank app or by USSD — no card, no OTP, nothing to type in. The money lands in the same account your agents are running, already matched to the order and already in your books.
Savings Boxes are separate pots inside a Pryme account, held in Naira. Flexible Boxes can be withdrawn at any time, Fixed Boxes hold to a date, Investment Boxes hold for longer, and Interest-free Boxes earn nothing by design. A business can use them to ring-fence payroll and the tax it withholds, so that money cannot be spent by accident.
Pryme is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts and deposits are provided by Solid Allianze Microfinance Bank Limited, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Yes. Pryme Rails lets a platform issue a dedicated Naira account number to each of its own customers, collect into it and reconcile against it, over one API — the same rails the Pryme Business Account runs on.

A worked ₦300,000 monthly budget for Nigeria with a separate line for yearly costs such as festive travel and phone repairs.
On ₦300,000 take-home, a workable example spends ₦174,500 (58%) on essentials including ₦62,500 a month for ₦750,000 yearly rent, saves ₦45,000 (15%), and sets aside ₦15,000 a month for yearly costs such as festive travel, so they do not come out of savings.
By ₦300,000 take-home, the monthly bills are usually under control for a single adult. What breaks budgets at this level is the cost that comes once a year: the December trip home, the phone that dies, a cousin's wedding, a sibling's exam fee. Each one is predictable, but none appears on a monthly list, so they are paid from savings or borrowed. This worked example gives them their own line.
These are labelled example figures for a single adult renting a one-bedroom flat at ₦750,000 a year.
| Line (example) | Monthly | Share | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rent (₦750,000 a year, set aside monthly) | ₦62,500 | 21% | One-bedroom or mini flat, example |
| Food | ₦55,000 | 18% | |
| Transport | ₦30,000 | 10% | |
| Data and airtime | ₦9,000 | 3% | |
| Electricity, fuel and household bills | ₦18,000 | 6% | |
| Family support | ₦25,000 | 8% | Fixed |
| Personal care and clothing | ₦12,000 | 4% | |
| Leisure | ₦18,000 | 6% | |
| Sinking funds (yearly costs) | ₦15,000 | 5% | See below |
| Savings | ₦45,000 | 15% | 15% of pay |
| Buffer | ₦10,500 | 4% | |
| Total | ₦300,000 | 100% |
Essentials (rent set-aside, food, transport, data and bills) are ₦174,500, or 58% of pay. That leaves enough to save 15% and run a separate line for yearly costs.
A sinking fund is money you set aside each month for a cost you know is coming. Here is the ₦15,000 line broken down, with example amounts:
| Yearly cost (example) | Amount per year | Monthly set-aside |
|---|---|---|
| Festive travel home | ₦72,000 | ₦6,000 |
| Phone or laptop repair or replacement fund | ₦48,000 | ₦4,000 |
| Sibling's exam or school fee contribution | ₦36,000 | ₦3,000 |
| Weddings and naming ceremonies | ₦24,000 | ₦2,000 |
| Total | ₦180,000 | ₦15,000 |
When the December trip comes, ₦72,000 is already there, and the emergency fund is untouched. If a cost turns out smaller than planned, the leftover rolls into next year's pot or into savings.
At ₦300,000 the temptation is a better flat. Moving from ₦750,000 to ₦1,000,000 a year adds about ₦20,800 a month, which would take nearly half of the savings line. It may be worth it for a shorter commute, which saves on transport and time; price both before deciding.
₦25,000 is about 8% of pay. As income rises, requests usually do too. Fixing the amount and sending it in one transfer keeps it predictable and keeps transfer charges down: since 1 January 2026 the sender pays a ₦50 stamp duty on each electronic transfer of ₦10,000 or more.
At 15% a month, a three-month emergency fund of essentials (₦523,500 in this example) takes just under 12 months. After that, the savings line can start to go towards longer-term goals. Check whether your savings are keeping ahead of prices with real returns in Nigeria.
Some employers pay a 13th-month salary or year-end bonus. At this income that can be close to ₦300,000 in one go. A simple rule avoids it vanishing in December: decide in advance where each part goes. For example, a third to top up the emergency fund, a third to next year's rent pot, and a third to spend. Spending some of it is fine; the point is to choose before the money lands, not after.
Track the plan in quarters. By the end of March the sinking funds should hold ₦45,000 and savings ₦135,000. By the end of June, ₦90,000 and ₦270,000. If either is behind, look at the leisure and buffer lines first. By December the travel pot has ₦72,000 for the trip home, and the rent pot holds ₦750,000 if the rent falls due at the year end. A plan that checks itself four times a year is much harder to drift from than one checked only when rent is due.
Under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 bands, in force from January 2026, the slice of annual taxable income between ₦3,000,000 and ₦12,000,000 is taxed at 18%, according to PaySpace. A ₦300,000 take-home is likely to have its top slice in that band. The rent relief of 20% of annual rent (capped at ₦500,000) on ₦750,000 rent is ₦150,000, worth up to ₦27,000 a year at 18%. This is information, not tax advice.
Savings Boxes can hold each sinking fund as its own named Box, with the emergency fund in a Flexible Box. The Personal Assistant can prepare the monthly transfers into each one for you to approve (Personal Assistant).
Fifteen per cent, about ₦45,000 a month, is realistic for a single person, plus a separate set-aside for yearly costs such as festive travel.
Money set aside each month for a known future cost, such as a December trip or a phone replacement, so it does not come out of savings or a loan.
Around ₦750,000 a year, or ₦62,500 a month, keeps rent near a fifth to a quarter of pay in this example.
Under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 bands, the top slice of income at this level usually falls in the 18% band (taxable income between ₦3m and ₦12m a year). Your payslip shows the actual deduction.
