  • Agentic-Only Users: Individuals or organisations using Pryme’s AI / Agentic services without opening a Pryme financial account.

Pryme Financial Ltd is the primary data controller for personal data processed under this Privacy Policy. Where services are delivered locally, affiliated Pryme entities may process data to provide regulated or local services. AI, Agentic Services & Automated Processing

  • Agents process inputs you provide to generate outputs and actions.
  • Some processing may be automated or assisted, with safeguards where required.
  • Human oversight is applied for high-risk actions where applicable.
  • Customer data is logically isolated with tenant-aware access controls.
  • Pryme does not train general AI models on customer-specific data without permission.

You remain responsible for decisions made using Agentic outputs.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Pryme uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, improve performance, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings and applicable consent tools.

Data Sharing

We may share personal data with service providers (cloud, verification, communications), banking and payment partners where applicable, professional advisers and auditors, regulators and law enforcement where required, and third-party integrations you initiate. Pryme does not sell personal data.
