- Pryme does not train general AI models on customer-specific data without permission.
You remain responsible for decisions made using Agentic outputs.

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, Pryme uses appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, and technical security controls (including encryption).
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type and service. Data is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
